Adam's POV
After they told me everything my memory started to come back slowly. But I still wouldn't let anyone touch me. Not after what Jackson and Dylan did to me. I had nightmares for days. I kept thinking that they'd come back to do it again and I was paranoid. Sally came into my room and watched me.

"Are you okay?"

I look at her as if seeing her for the first time. There is no point lying to the girl that you're in love with. I sigh and rake my fingers through my hair. "No. I'm not."

She comes and sits beside me. Her hand brushes mine and I don't flinch away. "Adam you'll be okay. Whatever is takes we'll get you through this."

I look at her. "How are you so sure?"

She stares deep into my eyes and I can see a turmoil of emotions behind them. "Because I won't give up until you're completely healed." Without thinking I crashed my lips to hers and she kissed back immediately. Our lips fit together like missing puzzle pieces. They moved in sync and I wrapped my arm around her waist as she wrapped hers around my neck. I felt her fingers go through my hair and I moaned against her mouth. She smirked against my lips and I blushed pulling away.

Before my confidence disappeared completely I let out in a rush, "Wouldyouliketobemygirlfriend?"

"Adam slow down. What did you ask?"

I took a deep breath. "Would you like to be my girlfriend?"

She smiled the biggest smile I've ever seen. "I'd love to."

Later we were lying in my bed her head against my chest. "Sally, are you going to regret saying yes?"

"Never. I've waited foever for you to ask me out and I'd stay with you forever."

I smiled up at the ceiling. "Forever and always?"

"Forever and always." She whispered.
