Rocker Chik Magazine: Issue One

contest results

i just want to first of all say thank you to all of our participants! i read some really great pieces, and had to have other people read to help me judge. it was a close call, and no one should feel bad if they didnt win, okay? because like the rules says, be a good sport!

here were the RULES:

*be a good sport

*you have to follow us

*you only get one piece of work to be submitted

*PM us when your work is published sending us the link on the magazine's account, not our personal accounts

*the contest ends on July 27th(date was moved up a few days to allow more participants)

*boys can enter the contest, but they should know its for a girl's magazine in the Rock/Pop-Punk genre

now, lets get to the fun stuff... PRIZES!!

1st- a fan, one piece of your works put in our "recommended" reading list, a few comments on some chapters of yours, and of course, you get to be in our Magazine!

2nd- one piece of work put on "recommended" reading list, 1 or two comments on one of your works, and your in the magazine!

3rd- "recommended" reading list, and 1or 2 comments on a piece of work (your choice which one)

AND HERE ARE THE RESULTS!

there were only 2 participants though, so this will be short.. 

second place is @writers_contests

they were very descriptive, and had an interesting begining that pulled you in. 

and first place goes to...

 she had a well written piece that not only realed the reader in at first sentence, but had well developed sentences. not to mention a very original idea. her details were great too!
