I sigh, looking at my watch. My break was gonna be over soon, and I didn't want to go back to work.

As soon as I was about to get up, this girl sat in the seat across from me.

"Hello, there," she said in a flirty voice. "I'm Mitchie, and you are....?"

"Not interested." I stated, getting up from the table.

"Well if you change your mind," she wrote her number on a napkin before handing it to me. "Call me," Mitchie winked.

With that said, she walked away. I ain't gon' lie, though, shawty was fine. Light brown skin, dark brown eyes. She had a nice body. Again, shawty was fine. I guess I wouldn't mind bein with her for a little bit.

Not for long, though. She got the looks, but she's no Layla.

These last 2 days have been.... interesting. I miss my mother to death, but she's gone. At least she didn't have to suffer anymore.

And with each passing day, I dread the next day more and more. Santo was leaving soon enough.

So, me, Nicole, Kassia, and Bree were venting about it. It was worse for me, though, 'cause I'm pregnant!

"How long they gon' be on tour again?" I sigh.

"It's undecided, but no more than a year," Kassia said.

A year. That would mean that the baby won't meet his or her daddy once he or she is born. It could be up to 3 ½ months before they meet, which is really messed up. That would also mean that Roc wouldn't be here to help with his child.

"Baby?" Roc called as I came downstairs.

"Yeah?"

"You ready to go?"

I nodded my head and gave him a fake smile.

I gave all the girls hugs.

"BYE GUYS!" I yelled upstairs.

"Later!" their voices rang from upstairs.

"Peace," Roc yelled before exiting the house.

5 minutes later, we were at my house.

When he closed the door, I swear I saw that dude from the mall. The one who was flirting with me. He was outside staring in the house. Lightning flashed and he was gone.

The Heck?
