1-Back to School

I ride the bus to the nearest school with my boyfriend, Reed. It's the first day of my senior year and I'm excited.
I blabber on about random stuff and he finally shuts me up by kissing me.
I smile when it's over, "Nicest way to shut me up."
He grins and does it again.

At school Charlene runs up to me, "Hi Aphmau!"
I smile, "Hey Charlie."
She snorts and shoves her thick black glasses up her nose. Her long ginger red hair is in two high side pigtails and she's wearing a white blouse and plaid green and blue skirt with white socks and Mary Janes. Her light blue backpack is on her shoulders.
I'm wearing my favorite outfit uniform. It's a white blouse with a green, red, and blue jumper and white tights with Mary Janes.
Our school is a public one but the PTA decided on uniforms.
Reed kisses my cheek and says goodbye so he can go talk to his football captain.
Charlene sighs once he's gone, "You two make such a good couple."
I smile bashfully, "Thanks."
We walk hurriedly to class so we won't be late to class but am stopped by Marlena, "Hey slut." I cringe, "Can't y'all be a little creative these days? I mean, you use slut a lot these days."
Marlena huffs, "Whatever. I can't wait to see the day when Reed drops your sorry a** onto the gravel."
I roll my eyes and walk away with Charelene.
I really don't care what anyone says as long as I have my best friend and boyfriend by my side. They'd never betray me. They're my loyal friends.
