As the president elect puts on his tie, the new First Lady walks over and gives him his coat. "Thank you Emily." He says as he puts on his coat. A secret service agent walks into the room. "They are ready for you sir." "Thank you John, we will be right out." Says the president elect nervously. "Are you ok Andrew?" Says Emily. "Just... nervous... that's all." Emily replies back with a smile, "This is what you wanted Andrew. You are going to be the most powerful man in the free world! That's a big deal!" "Thanks for the pressure Emily." Andrew says with a small smile. "Daddy let's go! I'm ready to become the first family!" Says Jacob, one of the children of Andrew and Emily. Andrew laughs and he kisses Emily and Andrew and Emily and their four children walk out the door and walk towards the stage for the president elect's inauguration speech.

The service agents open the door and  Andrew and his family are blinded by congressmen and a large crowd that have been long awaiting the inauguration of the president. The family walks down the stairs shaking the hands of congressmen and women and he gets to the bottom and shakes the hands of the former president, Barack Obama, and the former First Lady, Michelle. He kisses Emily and the whole family sit down. The senate majority leader Mitch McConnell takes the podium and gives a speech about what the duties of the president and what it means to be a president. After his speech, Senate Majority Leader McConnell introduces Andrew's pastor from his home city, Pastor Chuck, to start off the ceremony with a prayer. After the prayer, Pastor Chuck introduces Chief Justice John Glover Roberts Jr. to inaugurate Andrew. Emily and Andrew get up from their seats. Emily holds out the family bible and Andrew puts his left hand on it and raises his right. Andrew repeats after the chief justice, " I, Andrew William Smith, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God." The crowd claps and cheers for the newly elected president and he takes the podium. Andrew begins his inauguration speech with a confidence and a smile. "I will do everything in my power to keep America safe and secure and help all American people no matter race or religion. I also call on congress and the American people to stand hand in hand. Not as democrats or republicans or blacks or white or Christians or Muslims, but as Americans to fix our country for our children and our grandchildren. They should be left better off than we we're."

Andrew finishes his speech and then the inauguration parade begins to the White House. President Smith, First Lady Emily Smith and their children, Jacob, Emmett, Élise, and Blade walk side- by- side towards the White House. They reach the White House and walk in the doors. The kids run straight to their rooms to experience life as kids of the president. Emily gives Andrew a big hug and a kiss at the doors of the Oval Office. "Won't you come in with me Emily?" President Smith says. "I will later honey. This is yours. This is what you wanted. I'll go check on the kids." says Emily. They kiss each other and Emily walks towards the living area. Andrew smiles at her walking away and turns to the door. He turns the knob and opens the door. He walks toward the desk and stands behind it. He looks around the room and says to himself, "I did it."
