Chapter 4

Your P.O.V

I head back to the hotel room "I can't believe Lloyd's attitude, what happened to fighting for honor not fame and the way he spoke to me outside the diner was unacceptable"

~Flashback~

"I can't believe the way Lloyd spoke to the waiter, how could he be so cruel"

"Y/N? Wait!" Lloyd yelled as he chased after you

"Just leave me alone! You embarrassed that poor man"

"Why you getting so worked up for... You have feelings for the guy?"

"WHAT! Don't you dare even try that with me Garmadon!!! It's you I love but clearly you dont feel the same anymore"

"Let's just forget all this nonsense and go back inside and eat"

"No Lloyd, I can't even look at you right now"

"Y/N I wasn't asking you.. I'm telling you .. get. Back. In. The. Diner. Now!"

"What has gotten into you lately.... You're becoming a monster"

"If you don't eat with "ME" then you don't eat at all so this is your last chance Y/N! Come back to the diner or go back to the hotel and wait for me to come back..."

You couldn't even recognize the boy standing in front of you anymore, them once shimmering eyes were now Cold, dull and dead

"So what's it going to be?" He asked sternly

You turned your back to him and walked away.

"You will regret that decision Y/N!" He yelled

"No you will regret it" you mumbled under your breath

~End of Flashbacks~

I pull out my suitcase and begin packing its probably for the best I leave, maybe I can be more help at sensei's new school and hopefully a break might make Lloyd see the error of his ways. I really hope it does my heart aches for the one I love.

Lloyd's P.O.V

It just turned 9pm I decided to headback to the hotel room. As I reach inside the room it feels less warm and welcoming "Y/N?... Y/N!!" I call but I get no reply, where is she. As I look to the bed I notice a piece of paper, she's left me note it reads:

Lloyd,

This past week I've seen you in a whole different light and it's not the same brightness I fell in love with, your humor, kindness and faith capture my heart,but each of them wonderful things about you have been wiped away. I can not disregard my feelings for you because then I would be lying to myself, No I do love you but I don't like you or rather I don't like the person you have become. I pray one day this will be a chapter we can remove from our story but the fate of "us" lies in your hands

"She... She's gone"

My tears fall on to the paper... What have I done, Maybe I can catch up to her. I pull my phone out ready to dial her up, I reach for the door handle ready to leave but something sparks in my mind what am I doing? No I will not chase after her she made her choice

I go through my contacts aw there it Is. i dial up the number "Hello beautiful, to night is your lucky night the life of the party is on his way" jeez I'm starting to sound like Kai

~Time Skip and at sensei Wu's Academy~

Sensei offered you the role of secretary you was actually enjoying it you loved working at the school the children were overly adorable and its been great spending time with the other Ninja again although you felt terrible for lying to them, you had told them things had become a little hectic with the award ceremonies that you felt you would be more use back here it wasn't a full lie but it wasn't the full truth.

It was break time you went to the staff room, Cole and Jay were arguing over something as usual, nya was fixing her make up, Zane was preparing worksheets for the next class, sensei was making himself tea and Kai was watching something on the telly.

"Hey look it's Lloyd" Kai smiled

"Quick Kai turn it up"Nya beamed

You felt your heartsink as you saw his face on the screen

"Lloyd Garmadon tell us how you felt when you found out you was the green Ninja, the chosen one"the interviewer questioned

"Well now I think back to it I shouldn't of been surprised, they say choose wisely and that's why I was chosen" Lloyd boasted

"Wow Kai.. Did you and Lloyd swap bodies or something" Jay joked

"Shut up Jay, but something about Lloyd doesn't seem right" Kai replied

The next shot on the screen tore you to pieces, the fan girls crowded around Lloyd when one in particular got a lot closer Lloyd grabbed her by the waist and pulled her in to a passionate Kiss. The Ninja,nya and sensei all turned to you in shock, you felt the room get smaller as your breathing became heavy, you ran from the school crying, you ran to your room on the bounty, as you entered you saw a picture of you and Lloyd "How could you do this to me!" You screamed before throwing the picture at the wall smashing the frame, you collapsed to the floor crying. Was this really the end of you and Lloyd?
