What if it will never be ok?

I slowly opened my eyes whilst feeling a pounding in my head

I lifted my hand to rub my forehead and noticed scars and scratches running down my arms

I stare at it in shock and look up as I was lying in a hospital bed with a random standing in front of me

"Hi, Luke" he says smiling at me with his amazing eyes and geeky but cool styled hair (ok so, playing Luke is Dylan O'Brien, photo on side)

"Hi" I say awkwardly "um, why are you.....here?" I ask trying not to sound rude

"Well, I was going to the shops when I saw the accident and then I called an ambulance, and they want me to stay here till the police come, because apparently the guy who hit you was drunk" he explains

"Right" I say 

I turn my head and see a glass of water next to me

I reach for it and feel a kind of stabbing pain on my side

I look down and lift up my dress with the sheet covering the lower region

I see a huge scar on my side from the middle section on my lung to my hip

My eyelids were getting heavier and heavier and I needed to rest

But just to ruin my 'beauty sleep' a doctor came in

He had a clipboard in his hand and said something to Luke to make him leave

"Jesy, you were in a car accident, your lungs were damaged but luckily we fixed it in surgery, you lost alot of blood, you're spine is severely bruised, but will heal eventually, and you received 8 stitches of your head due to the impact of the car, but it was a terrible car accident, the other driver came out with a few broken bones, but you were lucky for nothing serious" he explains

"Wait, what car?" I ask

"The one you were driving, also the clean up people found your GPS, and you were returning from visiting a patient in a rehabilitation centre" he explains

"Who did I visit?" I ask him

"I'm not too sure, wait" he stops and walks closer to me

I struggle to move my neck due to my spine being bruised

"What day is it?" he asks me

I honestly have no idea

"I’m not sure" I answer

"Month?" he asks

"Nope"

"Year?" he asks again

"Again, i'm not sure" I say

He sighs rubbing his temples

"Do you remember where you live?" he asks

"Yeah, in Essex, my house is just around the corner from this hospital. Why are you asking me all these questions" I say

"Jesy, we're in London" he says looking down

Leigh Anne’s POV

Tears slowly poured from my eyes as I hung up from a phone call with Jesy's mum

"Mama" Ella says waddling over to me "don’t cry" she says wrapping her small arms around my tired and defenceless body

"Leigh what’s wrong" Niall asks dropping to his knees onto the floor which is where I am
