Blake stopped laughing abruptly, and stared into a world no one knows of. She didn't respond to the calls of her animal friends and even Julia and Abby, she could hardly even hear them speak.
"Blake!!" Abby and Julia yell at the top of their lungs, but they got no response, they could only wonder what Blake was thinking right now.
She was remembering that dreadful day, the day she lost her foster mom, they were at the zoo, Blake was a mere 6 years old, enjoying a beautiful day in the sunshine, except that Blake was mad at her mom, she didn't let her get ice cream at the fair just the day before. Her foster mom, Christina, was trying to make it up to Blake, since she had a weird obsession with all animals.
"Do you like this Blake?" Christina asked in her soothing voice that could cure almost all madness, not this madness though, this was for ice cream. Blake didn't respond, instead she turned away and looked at the tigers.
"Do you want to do the tour in the cage, Blake?"
"Yes." Blake almost whispered it.
"The next tour is in 5 minutes, let's go look at the bears until then." When they finished looking at the bears, it was time to take a tour.
"Oh, look, we are the only ones doing the tour this time." Blake didn't even respond to that one. They walked in with a helper, Joe, to do the tour. The first thing that they saw when they walked in was a tiger laying down staring at the door.
"I knew you would come eventually." said a voice in Blake's head
"Who said that!" Blake said aloud
"No one said anything Blake. Are you okay?"
"Yeah." she responded
"You are the one Blake." The voice kept saying over and over again, until she looked at the tiger laying on the ground,
"Is that you?"
"Is that who?" Christina asked
"Yes, it is me." said the voice, Blake stood in her spot paralyzed in fear
"Are you okay?" Her foster mom asked, Blake thought 'When will you ever SHUT UP!!', then the tiger leaped into action, it jumped on Christina and put it's paw on her mouth, but he accidentally snapped her neck under the weight of his body.
"Mom, MOM!!" Blake started to cry so hard that the tiger felt like he needed to hug her, so he did, but Blake responded with a good hard punch to the nose, and told the tiger to scram and get away from her, so he did, and went to take a nap and lick his nose, since it hurt a lot from the punch.
With that Blake woke up startled and afraid in her cabin on her bed.
"Oh thank goodness, Blake, you finally woke up, we thought we lost you forever." Yelled Julia, who was sitting in a chair watching Blake." Abby! Blake's awake!" she yelled again
"Really!"She yelled from somewhere in the cabin, when she walked in, she was a loss for words, just so grateful that she was okay.
*Blake must really like her ice cream, LOL*
