Chapter 8: Do You Love Me?

Anna POV

Dr. May finally released me from the hospital saying I could leave. He also told me that if this happened again I would need to start getting help.

Zack had told me previously that werewolves are real and that I am the Luna of a pack. I honestly am still having a hard time believing it. Even a half hour later, walking into their pack house and up the stairs into Zack's room.

"Are you ready to see your surprise little one?" Zack asked just before he opened the door to his room.

I nodded my head, still slightly scared to say anything. Zack opened the door and laying on his bed were all of my books. And when i say all, I mean all ten.

I have a habit of rereading my favorite books.

I saw all of the books and felt happy, but a wave of confusion washed over me.

"You went into my house again?"

"Yes darling." Zack was right behind me, whispering the words into my ear. I could feel his warm breath brushing past my cheek.

"Were my parents there?"

"No. They were not home." I was starting to get tingles from him being so close. The heat radiating off of his body making me feel something somewhat new to me. That pull.

Zack POV

I stood behind her answering her questions truthfully. It's the first time she spoke since we left the hospital. With me standing behind her though, I just wanted to take her into my arms and mark her. Right then and there.

"So, changing the tables a little bit," my sweet mate said. "You are a werewolf. And so that means you find your mate and live with her for the rest of you life right?"

"That is correct, little one." The words rolled off my lips.

"So then you have to love me?" Anna was asking me this with tears in my eyes. It made me want to kiss her, but not yet.

"I do love you."

"How do you know? No one loves me. Everyone hates me because I'm ugly, and fat."

Kai whimpered over the fact that she was insulting herself.

Make her stop saying those things about herself. It's not true. I don't like that she is saying all of that about herself.

"The moon goddess has given me a mate that is beautiful and the definition of perfection. The pull that we have towards each other is how I know I love you. I still want to get to know you better though, little one. But, I know that you are loved by me, and you will be loved by the pack as well." I told her this as she turned around and stared into my eyes.

I noticed the gold flecks in her hazel eyes and instantly got hypnotized by them. We stared at each other and I slowly started getting closer, never breaking eye contact. Anna flinched but didn't move otherwise.

I slowly brought my hand to her chin, lightly holding her. Shocks of electricity went through my hand.

Just kiss her already! Kai is screaming in my head.

So, I did.

Anna POV (Thought it would be nice to switch back and forth a bit)

We were face to face. The pull felt stronger with his hand on my chin. I wanted to kiss him. But, I don't want to make the first move.

Luckily Zack did it for me. Our lips pressed together slowly at first, but then harder and more passionate. I guess you could say we started making out. My eyes were closed and my hands snaked their way into his hair at the nape of his neck.

I liked this.

He lifted me up by my thighs and I took that as a sign to wrap my legs around his waist. Zack walked us over to the bed and laid me down onto the bed. Never breaking our kiss. I feel as if I'm in bliss.

After reading so many stories about werewolves, I knew where this was going. He needed to mark me. Am I ready for this?

It's not like anyone else will love you. He's your mate too meaning you're stuck with him for the rest of your life. You might as well stay with him forever. My conscious was telling me.

Yeah. I might as well. I didn't want to say those three words yet, only because I was scared with what happened with Finn. But, I think I want to stay with Zack, forever.

I broke the kiss. Breathing for the first time in a couple minutes. "Zack?"

"Yes my sweet mate?" He asked huskily, while trailing kisses down my neck.

"Mark me."

He looked at me with disbelief. "Are you sure little one? Kai could hurt you. I don't want you to get hurt."

"I want to meet Kai, and yes I'm sure. I want to stay with you."

Zack looked at me with adoration in his eyes before his green eyes turned black. I knew his wolf was present.

"Hello sweet one. My name is Kai," he huskily said. "Let's do this babe." He said fiercely to me while holding my face with both hands.

Kai kissed down my jaw and neck. I couldn't help but moan in pleasure.

"Yeah babe, again."

He got to a certain point on my neck and began to lick it before I felt is canines grow out a bit. He sank his canines into my neck making me yelp in pain. It hurt at first but then left me in pleasure.

I was officially his.

Kai pulled his fangs out of my neck and kissed my temple.

"I love you." He whispered before I fell asleep.
