Kaylee's POV

I slid my now sweaty hands over my legs, taking a deep breathe in while sitting on the edge of my bed, trying to figure out how to ask my dad if I could go with Justin to his family's cabin this weekend.

"Hey dad, is it okay if I go with Justin to his family's cabin this weekend?" I asked, looking in the mirror that was in front of me, connected to my dresser. "Yeah honey, I don't like him one bit or trust him whatsoever but you can go, don't get knocked up!" I said in my dad voice.

I groaned, laying back on the bed and looking at the ceiling, thousands of ideas running through my head.

"Are you okay?" Allison giggled as she walked in my bedroom. I raised my head from my bed to see her walking in with a suitcase and a carry on bag laying on top of it. "Well it's a good thing your parents said yes" I mumbled, sitting back up fully and looking down at my hands.

"Yours did too" She said as she took a bite out of the snickers bar she was also carrying. "I haven't even asked yet, I just have all my stuff packed for when I do ask in hope of it being some type of good luck" I said, her giggling while shaking her head. "No, I already asked for you and they said yes" she said, my head shooting up to meet her eyes.

"Don't play" I said, her shaking her head once again "I'm not I promise. I told them me and my family are going to the cabin this weekend and wanted to know if you could go before I asked you" She said, me jumping up and wrapping my arms around her.

"You're literally the best, I love you" I said, us both filling the room with our laughter. "But they want you to tell them bye because they are leaving soon for a meeting for your mom" She said, me nodding and walking over to my suitcase, picking it up and laying it on my bed.

"I have a few more things I need to get so I will go tell them bye then finish packing" I said, her nodding while plopping down on my bed and turning my TV on.

Justin drove down the road, his hand on my thigh while his other was on the wheel, me looking out the window and enjoying the view and how beautiful it was.

It was currently snowing so we had to take his truck, that I had no idea he had until he pulled into my driveway. It was nice, older like an 06, but very nice. It had a lift on it and some rims and tires, the windows were blacked out and were very dark.

"Are you excited?" Justin asked, me looking away from the window and over at him, smiling. "I am, I haven't been to a cabin in a while. We used to have one but we sold it" I said, him smiling while lifting the middle piece up and motioning me over to him.

I slid over, him wrapping his arm around my shoulder, me laying my head down on his shoulder while looking out the front window.

"It's been in our family for forever, we just had it remodeled a few months ago but all I've seen is pictures of the remodeling" he said then continued "the only person I've ever brought up here is Ryan and he ended up inviting a whole bunch of people, it turning into this massive party, I thought my mom was going to literally kill me" He said, me giggling while shaking my head.

"How much did you party Jay?" I asked, looking up to meet his eyes that were looking down at mine before turning his head back to the road. "I used to party a lot, every weekend and sometimes on school nights. My grades dropped, I got mixed with the wrong crowd and so did Ryan. We have been best friends for so long so our moms knew we were always together doing some bad things" He paused, turning down a road and looking in his rear view to make sure Ryan was still behind us.
