Andis pov

The jello substance engulfed me, trapping me because I wasn't a witch but a human, but that wasn't true, I willingly allowed it to do so, controlling the mist. I had to keep my secret, I was a demigod. You see my mother, Hecate sent me to that high school, so I could see what strange magical auras she was feeling. There I met Emma, my best friend, where I felt a strong aura coming from her. At first i thought she was a demigod like me, and also a child of Hecate. But I was wrong, she came from another dimension in another galaxy, where it is ruled by no gods and goddess. They had different magic from them, I could use magic, similar like theirs, but different. My magic was as anyone would have guessed, at least who knew mythology was controlling the mist.

Trust me, being a demigod isn't fun, yes you can sometimes have awesome powers and are great at battle. But you usually end up in horrible and nasty deaths . Also with the omen nightmares and the disabilities that come with it, I rather trade that in for being normal . luckily I wore a bracelet, with Hecate's symbol embossed in it to help hide my scent and also the magical particles they would call it. It to them, with the bracelet and by controlling the mist, would seem like a total normal human. Although, the bracelet didn't completely cover my scent and they loved to visit. Those nasty little rascals, so annoying, getting out of my way. I wasn't here just to report to my mother, but to become a guardian. A guardian for the chosen one.
