The start of something?

Lucy's POV:
I never understood populars never. Nor did i think one would understand me but Natsu sorta did.

Thats when the stuck up populars came to talk to Natsu. Most were his fan club others were there because they wanted to be seen talking to the Natsu dragneel.

What I didn't understand was how they acted as if I wasn't even there. I mean seriously it must take skill to purposefully ignore someones complete existence.

I mean I can't ignore Natsu even when he follows me and doesn't talk at all. And let me tell you he moves like a ghost. You don't  even know he's there the only hint you get is his breathing or his aura.

So when the stuck up populars came and completely ignored my existence and presence it amazed me to no end. No, it didn't annoy me cause I was use to no one talking to me cause I'm dubbed the "loser" girl. But they didn't even bat an eyelash at me even though I sat right next to Natsu (Natsu insisted okay ^///^)

I finally went to get up to get away from the air headed populars and Natsu. "hey Luce where are you going?" Natsu asked. Thinking fast on my feet was never my thing I'd blush and stutter and then I'd blush more in sheer embarrassment.

I stuttered out, "u-uhh b-bathroom?" It sounded more like a question then a statement. I knew he'd be smart enough to see through my lie. But I still secretly hoped Natsu was stupid enough to believe it. Luckily Natsu didn't he was as blind as a bat when it came to my lie.

he said, "m'kay see ya after." I nodded.

I stiffly walked out the classroom and pass the sleeping teacher other known as mr. Gildarts. Whenever a teacher fell asleep during class students would call it pulling a gildarts then they would giggle about their snide and not very funny joke.

Once I reached the halls I walked peacefully to the door that leads to the roof.  It was my favorite place to go I just loved it there. Something about it relaxed me specially when I could see the whole city of Mongolia. I especially liked that I could see the schools garden it held so many exotic flowers it even had a water fountain in it. I actually helped make it I was part of the green team well I was the only member besides some parents from the PTA and the old librarian Mrs. spetto.

     Once I reached the edge of the roof that was railed so student could come up here and eat lunch. No one ever did except me but when it was cold and lifeless up here I'd eat in the library. If your wondering why I never eat in the cafeteria, well do you want me to die or something? Nobody  wants a loser like me in the cafeteria not even Natsu would want me in there.  My mind began to wander and I started singing unconsciously

All of a sudden clapping started to rapture throughly.  I gasped and spun around to find Natsu and three boys that were smirking and clapping.  One of the boys I didn't know had short black hair, The  other one had long black hair, and  the last one he had blue shirt hair and a red tattoo under his left eye.

I blushed heavily when Natsu ran and hug tackled me to the ground. he shouted, "I didn't know you could sing Luce. all of us can sing too and might I say we're pretty good!!! You should join our band. you know the schools talent show is coming up we should all go in me and you sing, gray and juvia do guitar, gajeel and levy do the bass, and Erza and jellal do the drums well levy also does piano and juvia can do violin!!! We should all do it please please please please!!! I feel so lonely when I sing alone. Plus you know how hard it is to sing girl notes when your a dude?"

Natsu ranted until I couldn't hear any words he was spouting.  I finally shouted, "okay I'll do it." Natsu gasped and smiled so wide to where I thought his face was gonna split.

Natsu said getting up and helping me up, "oh by the way our band is called fairytail so yeah." I nodded

'Is this the start of something' i thought to myself as the other boys grinned at me well the long haired boy smirked 'I just hope I can survive long enough to see my graduation' I thought.

Yeah I know twist ending I just got this cool idea don't worry it will still be sorta in the description my ideas are actually inspired by this nalu story called "academy lovers" I forgot who it was by but it wasn't me anywho
