I might have been named after a comet, but he was an actual celestial being. Burning so bright and beautiful before me, lighting up the darkness of the outer space I floated in.

And I loved him. I loved the warmth and fire that spread in my veins whenever I looked at him. I knew he wanted so desperately to bring me back down to earth so we could share our little world together, so for him, I stayed.

But in the process of finding me in outer space, he got lost in the stars and disappeared.
