Today is the new year for us to become better. For us to be our new selves.
For us to improve
For us to get up on our own two feet
And for us to be free

1. Always think positive.
Thinking positive extends our life and decreases stress in our system, it helps us to look at life in the positive way possible even though there are struggles that we face we should always look at the bright side of it because life is way too short and precious to just waste it on negativity.

2. Think outside the box.
Create yourself a fresh start by thinking of new ways to start your new life. Like for once in your life try zip lining, yoga, travel on your own or just do things that might give you joy, adrenaline or peace and serenity for doing things that are way out of your comfort zone.

3. Learn how to let go
Yes, let go. I know that this is redundant, general or even corny topic but letting go is not all about love. Yes generally love makes you let go even though you don't want to, but let yourself free. Free from the hurtful environment and change it to a more positive place. Let all the inhibitions and just be free because you might regret everything because you didn't let go.

4. Choose the positive side
In our life their some people who are "toxic" because it brings the worst in us. If you can avoid them good because it will release different kinds of goodness in you that you didn't know. So just choose people who are going to be a good influence in you not the ones who make you sad, angry or different kinds of no good emotions.

5. EAT!
Yes people. Eat. Eating gives a that kind of feeling that makes you happy especially foods that are your favorite, but always remember that don't eat too much because it will give you an idea that you're too fat and that you're not pretty. Also don't forget to eat because eating keeps us alive so don't forget to eat and don't eat too much as well.

6. Forgive and Forget
There is also a saying that "you can always forgive but never forget" i know that it is very hard to forgive someone especially when he/she did something to you that it is really worth remembering but at least try to forget it and forgive him/her even though they didn't ask for your forgiveness, it will give your heart a nice feeling because there will be no grudge against them

7. Love
There are different kinds of love. There is love for the family, loving your family is always the first priority, even though you fight with them they will always be there for you and not going to leave by your side. Second is loving your partner whether its your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife. They are the ones who will support you in the times you need more love because they are the ones who will make you laugh and gives you butterflies in you stomach. Lastly is to love yourself. Never forget to love yourself that includes pampering yourself because you might lose yourself in the end. Give yourself some time and space to things that you like and balance them, so you are distributing love equally.
