Despite how late it was when I got home that night I took Niall's advice and told Olly everything. The entire time he just sat there completely dumbfounded and when I got to the part about being committed he got really pissed. As soon as I finished he pushed up the sleeves on Niall's jacket as if to confirm everything I said. Olly just kinda stared for a little while like he was trying to process it all then he just dropped into a chair and broke down.

"Abby, this is all my fault." Olly confessed after he had taken a few minutes to pull himself together "If I hadn't left when I did. If I would have stayed for even just a little longer."

"Olly there's no way you could've known about any of what happened after Mom died. You did what you thought was best for you at the time and don't you ever think that for one second that I blame you for anything. "

"I'm your big brother. I'm supposed to always be there for you! " he cried out still beating himself up "I was there for you for only nine years before I left. You were still a kid and I left you alone with Dad to take care of our dying mother. I promise that I'm gonna make this right. I'm never going to abandon you ever again Abs."

"Unfortunately I'm going to be leaving you soon. I will have to go home at some point."

"Not necessarily."

"What do you mean?"

"Make London your home Abby. Stay here with me."

"Do you really mean that? " I asked with tears beginning to form.

"I do. This is your home for as long as you want it to be." Olly swore as he pulled me into a hug.

"I missed you Olly."

"Not as much as I missed you baby sis. "

For the rest of the night neither of us slept. I curled up on the couch across from him and listened in admiration to all of Olly's stories about the x factor and going on tour. I couldn't help but think about how amazing it would be to go on tour and perform in front of thousands of people. I was so proud of all that my brother had accomplished and I told him so. Then I filled him in on some of the happier moments in my life that occurred in the past ten years. Like saving up for my first car or my job at a local guitar shop back home. I even opened up to him about how I felt about Niall.

"I knew it!!!! " he shouted when I told him "I KNEW that there was something going on between you two."

"There's nothing going on between us. I'm pretty darn sure this is just a one sided thing here Olly."

"Well you'll never know until you say something. Make a move Abby" my brother instructed.

"Uhh no. I may be living in London but I am still a Southern girl which means that he has to make the first move."

"If you say so Abs." he looked at his watch and let out a yawn "Well it's five in the morning so I'm going to go to bed now. Goodnight Abby."

"Goodnight Olly." I said as I copied him and went into my own room. The very second I slid under my soft sheets and rested my head on the pillow I was out and for the second time in a month I went to sleep with a huge grin on my face because I knew things were changing for the better. For the first time in ten years I finally felt like I had a home."
