All rise, court is in-session the honorable judge Lewis is now presiding. I rised until the judge said you may be seated. For the furst fifteen minutes the case is introduced. I couldnt think straight soo i zoned out for five minutes..... At least i thought it was five minutes. " may the defendant come to the
stand" i rised out my seat and walked oer to the stand standing tall and head held high. I took a seat once again and got ready for the questions. One person caught my eye and i smiled. " did you or did you not have relantionship with joshua davis"i looked the lawyer in her eyes " yes ma'am i did" he nodded her head " how would you say your relantionship was with mr. Davis. Hurtful" my lawyer stood up " objection" the lawyer in front of her once again Nodded her head. " with draw. What kind of problems did you and mr. Davis have. ". I kept my head high. " in the beginning it was dreamy. But then i noticed he keeps staying out late. So i confronted him about it. He would get mad and through things at me. Then when i stayed out late for a group project he told me since you wanna be a whore ill treat you like one. I cried when he forced himsel" i intrupted by his mama" you lying bitch. He hasnt raped a girl since he was twelve. He is a changed man dont sit" then judge screamed "IF YOU CAN NOT CONTROL YOUR SELF IN MY COURTROOM I WILL HAVE YOU OUT OF HERE. continue" i looked at him" yes sir. After that night he kept raping me. One day i came into the apartment to see crack cocaine. I instantly got mad he was using. So we argued about how he was going to die from it. He beat me for telling him what to do in his on house. After that day he would beat rape apologize. Over and over. You going to learn to disrespecting me girl. Say my name hoe. Im soo sorry baby. I love you. Lets go shopping. " i couldnt take it and i cried. I continued getting questioned. I went back to the table and sat down. I wanted to cheer up so i turned around to at that person and that made me happy that they came.

I sat and watched her cry and tell her story and answer the question. We took a hour recess and during that time i went to some subway. And reread the letter diamond sent me. We have twenty minutes left so i went back to the courtroom to get a good seat again.

The jury came back in and the judge asked " mrs. Fergenson have the jury reach a verdict?" mrs. Fergenson stood up and said " we find the defendant......."
