Kara looked down at her salad, she wasn't a picky eater and usually ate very heathy just like today. Only one thing was necessary on everything she ate... Black olives. If it didn't have black olives it wasn't worth her time.
Kara carefully picked one of the olives of her salad as she sealed a cardboard box shut. The large package was labeled "L Urgent." She shipped the package off independently and waited.

Exactly two days later the mysterious box was sitting in front of L as he opened it with his thumb and middle finger... A practice easier in theory. He had been working on a case particularly hard to solve. This murderer seemed to take his killings quite seriously and didn't leave behind hints. He didn't want to challenge anyone, he just wished to kill and not be caught. That fact made it annoying and at the same time a little boring. L stared down at the package in front of him, the eyes of the insomniac filled with exhaustion L had been working for three days strait managing multiple different cases at once. Inside the almost obsessively clean box (it even smelt of vanilla) was a voice recording.
It read, "L, I have been made aware that you have been put in charge of the decapitation murders in California, now I may have some information regarding the case but please I'd rather talk to you in person. Be at The Rusty Mills 5 star restaurant at 6:45pm Monday. Ask for a reservation under L and She. Oh by the way... I hope you don't mind paying!" The electronically altered voice sounded almost like a pixie, filled with amusement. Could he trust her?
"Watari," L spoke in a low monotone "There's a 74% chance that this girl is involved in the case directly and by that I mean..." He slowed his words, "She could be or know the killer. Either way I feel that I need to make the appearance... No matter how dangerous, lives are at stake."
