Aphmau

~Age 15~
We were leaving the nurses room, I'm still a little wobbly. It's weird seeing Laurence here, I haven't seen him for such a long time. Garroth held out his arm for support. I took his arm because I do not want to look like a fool in front of everyone, not that there's many people here. After a few minutes we turned toward a door, I let go of Garroth's arm, waved bye to the boys and walked into the science classroom. Everyone was talking, thankfully, so I could just go up to the teacher. I walked over to the teachers desk. It was a male dressed in an all green tux.

"Hello, you must be Aphmau." He said in a hyper voice.

"Yep." I said. He handed me a few books, a flower pot, and some seeds. We're planting flowers! Yes, yes, yes! Finally! Something I love to do! I hopped over to and empty desk and place down my things. Okay he gave me a plant book. Is there certain instructions? I looked up to the chalk board. Okay page 38, the peony. Okay let's do this! Someone walked in front of me.

"Hi, my names Cadenza what's yours?" A girl with red ombré orange hair and a beautiful sundress with a sweater.

"My names Aphmau, nice to meet you." I said shaking her hand.

"I see you like flowers, right when you got that book your eyes flickered happiness." She said.

"I love flowers!" I said.

"I see, I have a question." She said.

"I might have an answer." I said.

"Well, why are you bandaged up." She asked.

"It was in gym." I said.

"What happened, if you wouldn't mind me asking." She said.

"I think I beat Katelyn then She hit me hard in the stomach and I bled and past out, I think, it's still a little fuzzy." I said.

"Wow, some first day." She said.

"You would say so, but it was pretty fun." I said. Her jaw dropped like I said something weird.

"What, I'm used to being inside the nurses room, I got bullied a lot." I said.
*Flash Back*
"Hey look it's the looser Aphmau guys, heh, that Laurence kid isn't even here to annoy us too." A boy said.

"Yeah, we finally get this one to our selves." Another boy said crowding in on Aphmau.
*End of Flash Back*

"That must have been horrible." She said.

"Yeah, I still have nightmares about them." I said with a shiver to the change of mood.

"Well, do you like flowers?" I asked.

"Yeah, mines actually the first to be growing." She pointed to a table top with one flower pot with a stem starting to shoot up from it.

"Nice." I said flipping to page 38. I opened up the little pouch were the seeds were and pulled out 5 like the directions said. I used a little piece of wood to make a whole for the seeds. I put the seeds in and covered it back up. I took a little water from my bottle and poured it on top.

"So where did you move from?" She asked.

"I moved from O'khasis, my dad got a guard job there like 3 to 4 years ago, then I moved back here." I said.

"Wow, I've lived here with my brother for a while know, we moved from Meteli." She said.

"What's you brothers name?" I asked. I mean I might know him.

"Laurence." She said.

"Laurence! I know him!" I said.

"Wait, are you that girl that he walked to school with today?" She asked.

"Yep, I met Laurence when I was 12, he helped me with the bullies." I said.

"Wow, I never knew he had a nice side." She said. We both burst out with laughter.

"Girls, settle down." The teacher said. We nodded are heads okay. A couple people looked at us weird.

"So that means you know Garroth right?" She asked.

"Yep, well I met him today." I said.

"How about Dante?" She asked.

"Nope, not at all." I said. I move my flower pot over to the corner of my desk and closed the textbook. Cadenza and I talked a lot before the teacher began to speak.

"Okay, everyone put your names on the pots and put them on the table next to my desk." The teacher said. Cadenza went back to her desk to put everything away. I put my name on the pot then put it on the table. I put the textbook ok the corner of my desk like how everyone had it. The bell rang. This was the last class right? I think so. I grab a couple papers the teacher gave out while Cadenza and I were talking then left the classroom. I walked around the area trying to find my way back around to the front doors. I was walking fast through the hallways. While I was walking I bumped into someone, and my papers flew everywhere. Oh gosh, this is really embarrassing.

"I'm sorry, I truly am." I said while bending down to pick up the papers that I dropped.

"It's fine." The guy said. He helped pick up the few papers I had left. I looked up at him. He had black hair, a sweatshirt, and bright blue eyes. He handed me back the papers.

"Thanks." I said.

"No problem." He said. Right before he left I decided to introduce myself.

"Hi my name is Aphmau." I said. He was staring at his feet before, but know he looked up at me.

"I'm Zane, nice to meet you." He said. I shook his hand.

"Well it's nice to meet you, I better be going." I said. I started walking.

"Hey Aphmau, that's the wrong way, here let me show you where to go." He said.

"Thanks, I'd appreciate that." I said. We headed the opposite direction that I was heading to the front doors. I wonder what events could tomorrow bring, I mean if I have to duel with Katelyn again, I'm screwed.
