My One And Only Love (Girl x Girl)

Why me?

Since Sierra and I started dating things have been great. I got her a promise ring and promised to always love her and only her. We have been dating for 4 months and 25 days, I have something really big planned for our 5 months and she's going to love it. As of right now I am in my bed with Sierra cuddled up to my side. She's been acting weird all day and I can't seem to figure out why, I was thinking of asking but decided to just ignore it for now.
"Babe?" Sierra asked
"Yeah"
"Do you love me?"
"Of corse! Why wouldn't I?" I asked shocked.
"I don't know just wondering"
Why would she ask that, she knows I love her, I always will. Now I'm really curious of to what's going on. I need to make  a not to myself to ask her what's up.

~~~time skip to 5 months~~~

Today is our 5 month anniversary and I can't wait to see what she thinks of her surprise. It is now 3:30 and I was going to her house to pick her up at 4:30 so we have time to get where we are going. I got off my bed and went to take a shower. I turned on my music and hit shuffle, then Here's to us by Halestorm came on so I sang along.

"We could just go home right now
Or maybe could stick around  for just one more drink
Oh yeah"
After about two or three more songs I was now in my room trying to find the perfect outfit. I settled on a black button up dress shirt, black skinny jeans, a red vest, all black converse and my red and black fedora. I went back to the bathroom to do my makeup and touch up my hair. When I was done I looked to see it was 4:13 I had enough time to get to sierras.

~~~~~~~Skip car ride~~~~~~~

I pulled up to the driveway and practically ran to her door then knocked. Her little sister Erin opened the door and greeted me with a big hug.
"Hey Erin, log time no see"
"Hey Rayell, you look great, sierras in her room still getting ready you should go surprise her."
"I might just do that"
I walked to Sierras room to see her looking at clothes on her bed, I walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her waist. She jumped a little and then relaxed when she realized who it was. I spun her around and kissed her.
"Still can't believe your mine" I said
"Well believe it cause I am" she said them pecked my cheek before looking back at her outfits spread out on her bed.
"Babe will you help me" she said giving me the puppy dog face.
"I guess I can but what do I get in return?"
"This" she said then crashed her lips to mine.
"Okay" I said then went to examine the clothes. "This one" I said pointing to a black blouse, a laced black skirt and black leggings to go underneath, grey converse and a red and grey beanie. It kinda matched me so it fits.
"Damn" I hear Sierra say so I turned around to see her starting at me up and down "I didn't realize you looked so sexy"
"So I take it you like what you see?" (Enter smirking face)
"Hell yeah" she said then slapped my ass.
"Well you need to get dressed, so here and hurry" I said handing get the outfit.

~~~~~~20 minutes later~~~~~

"I'm ready" Sierra yelled as she came down the stairs.
"Wow" I said at a lose for words.
"You two need to get going you are gonna be late" Erin said reminding me we are already 15 minutes late. I walked over to her and grabbed her hand.
"Later Erin" I said running out the door with Sierra. I opened the car door for her and let her get in.
"Ready to go?" I asked
"Yup"

I opened my eyes to see I was in a hospital. But why am I here? As I look around I see Sierra in the bed next to me with an IV in her arm and a bunch of wires hooked up to her. What the hell happened? Why is my baby and I in here? Then it hit me......... I'm such a bad girlfriend.
