Jimin's POV

"So let me get this straight", Rap monster says. "You are saying that the girl that we just chased off in the hands of our enemies is the same girl you're crazy for?" he asks me and I nod instantly.

"Pretty much," I tell them.

"Well?" Suga asks and I stare at him in confusion. Well what? He just sighs and says "Well... go get her," he hurries me. I smile and take the long flight of stairs down, not wasting any time.

I take the stairs two at a time and jump the last four, not wanting to lose this opportunity to ever see her again. I was filled with excitement. I can't remember the last time I was so excited. The last time was probably when we made it to the grand finals last year. Those were the good times and now I am going through the same feels and adrenaline rush to catch someone.

Once I reach the last floor where the cafeteria would be and hopefully her. I stop to see Minhyuk walking away from her leaving her alone. I jog up to her and once I was close enough to see her face, I froze.

It was her. The girl from science, my lab partner, and the new girl in school. She was the one from the bus. She didn't say anything to me or make herself known. But I'm gonna find out.

"Are you sure we have never met before?" I asked her and she turned around with a shocked expression plastered across her face. She was probably just shy being the new girl and all. I can understand that much but I need to know if it's her. I know it is.

"I uh...," she answers and drifts off lost in her own words. Just as she was on the bus that Sunday, confused and lost, this girl in front of me shares the same adorable anxious expression. I smiled knowing it's her. She's adorable in my eyes.

"It was you," I told her and walked up to her.

She looked pretty up close, I remember clearly now. I wanted to reach out a hand and take hers, holding it in mine. I had to hold myself back from doing the unthinkable.

"I wanted you to figure it out yourself," she says out of the blue, surprising me. She then flashed me a sweet smile, making my heart quicken pace.

"I guess I'll be seeing you around," she says to me before turning her back and walking in the opposite direction. I'm smiling like a fool, resting my weight against the lockers. I finally found her. Even though I only met her yesterday, it felt like I haven't seen her in ages. My heart unknowingly yearns for her. Wait. I forgot about the games that are on. She has to be on my side, under my care. She is going to be mine. I will personally make sure of it.

Chorong's POV

After lunch, I didn't have any more classes with Jimin, which kind of made the day feel long and boring. Now that he knows it was me from the bus, what was our relationship going to turn out like? I do hope we can become good friends but at the same time, his looks and status are way out of my league. Whatever Chorong, you should be focusing on your studies, graduating and making your family proud. No distractions.

School finally ended. I quickly packed my belongings and was off to meet Eunji to walk together to the nearest bus stop from school. It wasn't far since all schools have public transport nearby and again, the public bus was the cheapest option.

As we seated ourselves in our seats, Eunji asked me a question, "have you heard of those two popular groups that the whole school is so engulfed in?" I shook my clueless head. I have heard some students talk about two groups but that's as far as I know. I wanted to know more.

"Well, I just found out today that those two groups are the school's swimming team and soccer team. Apparently, their families have been in war and competition for long periods of time, kind of like a generation thing. Weird right?" she says, shaking her head.
