Beca groaned as the baby wouldn't stop crying.
"Em, please make her shut up!" Beca said irritated
"Fine, why don't you calm her down"
Beca took the baby in her arms and rocked it
"Hush little baby don't you cry" Beca sang
"Something, something, something lullaby"
Emily sighed and rolled her eyes
"Hush little baby, don't say a word, mama's gonna buy you a mocking bird, and if that mocking bird don't sing, mama's gonna buy you a diamond ring" Emily continued to sing as Beca rocked their daughter to sleep,
"She's so beautiful" Beca said in a whisper as she out the baby in her crib "looks just like you..."
Emily smiled.
"Just imagine when she's older..."
"She's gonna be our not so little girl, I'm gonna miss it"
"Brianna will always be our little girl, we just can't baby her..."
Beca smiled and laced her fingers with Emily's
The 25 year old smiled at her wife and kissed her cheek.
"Now let's go to bed" as soon as the two left the cry of the baby was heard
"Oh just come on child" Beca said, pulling the baby out of her crib and taking her to the room with them
"Babe, can Bree sleep with us tonight?" Beca asked
Emily smiled and nodded, she crawled into bed next to her child and kissed her little forehead
"Beca... What of one of us-"
"You're a light sleeper, and I don't move a lot, she'll be fine"
Emily nodded and closed her eyes
"Love you" Emily heard
"Love you too"
"And of course you" Emily said adoring the baby
Beca smiled and kissed her daughter then the two of them went to sleep...
