Many think that what my parents did was wrong. They accused them of lying, treason and defiance.
After all, it's illegal and believed impossible, for a supernatural being to be mated to a human.
Yet there my parents stood, pleading their innocence. Saying that fate had destined them to be together and that the accusations made were false.
When the Council heard of this they sent their 'men' to solve the problem. In their eyes the love my mother and father held for each other was a rebellious act of defiance and treason.
So their men came, and when they believed that their job was complete, they left.
The Council thought the problem was solved and that cross breeding would once again become a myth.
They almost forgot about the child that lay hiding under the bed.
They almost let the first ever half breed, develop and grow into who-knows-what.
They almost tainted their "pure bred supernatural" reputation.
