When Jason finishes eating, he gets in the car, then arrives at his first day he heads straight for the gym to shoot some hoops before school. "Swish Jason hits the three at the buzzer." "Ring" that's the bell for school to start and Jason to find out who his teachers are. Right when he gets in his math classroom though he finds out there's an assembly for next year sports. School was pretty good for the rest of the day. His teachers were all good except for his first one who was strict and boring. After school he went straight for the gym and started hitting threes all over the place. "I sure hope I can do this tomorrow" and with that he walked to his moms car silent the whole way home thinking of tomorrow. When he got home he watched Espn for a while an then went to bed. He knew its gonna be a long day tomorrow, so he went to bed early. The next day was pretty much like the first day, but the end of the day instead of going in the gym to shoot hoops like usual he went in the gym to tryout. Right when he got in the gym there was running evaluations which Jason was by far the best at running a 6.16 mile. Then there was shooting which Jason sucked at not making one shot, but on the other end this kid Chauncey hit everything making it look easy hit everything. On the defensive end though it was the other way around. Jason couldn't be beaten and Chauncey couldn't guard anybody. At the end of tryouts Chauncey went to every kid bragging about how good he was, but when he got to Jason he did his thing talking about how good he was. But then Jason had something cocky of his own. "You know what they say offense wins games defense wins championships. Then he walked out of the gym leaving Jason standing there in shock.
