Jealousy (Tatsumi Rui x reader)

Tatsumi and you had been friends since middle school, along with Nayuki Tooru, sadly for you the three of you went different paths for high schools, Nayuki and Tatsumi went to Ayanagi high school, an only boys school while you went to (insert random school name), an only girls school. However the three of you would sometimes came to pick each other up and walk home together.

Today Tatsumi and Nayuki were supposed to wait outside your school. You made your way to the main gates alongwith your best friend, where the pair was already waiting for you. ''Hey (Y/N), you never told me you had a boyfriend, which one of them is he?'' Your friend said loudly, you hoped they had not heard that as you smacked her on the head. ''Shut up. Jesus you're loud. They are not my boyfriends, we're just childhood friends.'' You replied as you approached the boys with a smile but your friend seemed in no mood to leave. ''Uh...( bff's name) you can leave now...'' You said a bit irritated. ''Sorry (Y/N), I forgot that this is the special time you spend with your bae.'' She said while snickering, you quickly pushed her and told her to go home. ''Bye, (Y/N)'s friend.'' Grinned Nayuki as he waved.

You returned your attention to the boys and flashed them a smile. ''Saa, boys Let's go!'' You exclaimed. The two nodded and the three of you started walking home, talking about exciting topics, with you in the middle.

''U-uh...um... Tatsumi-kun, I-is it okay if I talk to Nayuki in private for a sec?'' All of you stopped on your tracks, Tatsumi turned to face you and smiled as he nodded, you knew that you had hurt the boy's feelings but he would still put up an act. You and Nayuki took a few steps backwards, ''Okay, (Y/N)-chan, let's go over the plan one last time.'' Said Nayuki determined, you nodded. '' So I will tell Tatsumi I need love advice from him and to make  him think I like you and the suddenly BAM! I will confess.'' You were quite nervous, you had to admit, you had fallen for Tatsumi head over heels, the first time you met him but decided to act cool and not ruin the great friendship you had. It had been until recently that Nayuki had asked you if you needed help with your 'love life', you had to admit you were shocked the boy found out so easily but took his advice. ''Okay(Y/N)-chan, i'll take the long way home today so you can start the plan.'' He gave you an innocent smile. ''W-whaaa now?!?!'' You were caught off guard but eventually agreed. Like Nayuki said he took another route to walk home so you could be alone with Tatsumi.

''H-hey Tatsumi, h-how would you react if I told you that I l-like someone?'' You stuttered nervously. Tatsumi gave you a curios look and lightly chuckled. ''What kind of question is that, (Y/N)? I would obviously support you and help you, so whose the lucky guy?'' You cocked your head sideways. ''lucky?'' you repeated, all he did was nod but you could've sworn you heard the last part of the sentence in a disturbed tone. ''(Y/N) (L/N) I've known you for a very long time and I know you would make the perfect girlfriend so whoever it is you have your eyes set on, is really lucky to have someone like you admiring them. '' You blushed at Tatsumi's statement, ''So who is it?'' He asked turning to face you and leaning in front of your face just a few inches away, you didn't know if it was possible but you were probably more redder than Tengenji's hair colour and your heart was beating to the speed of light. ''I-it's N-nayuki!'' You said, Tatsumi smiled but you could see the pain through his face like crystal clear but he was still smiling, it broke your heart to see him like this. '' That shouldn't be too hard...right? Nayuki is a really nice guy and I can assure you he probably feels the same way about you so I suggest you just go for it!'' He smiled at you, '' Well... I will be taking this road to go home.'' You could practically feel the pain in his voice. He turned and started to make his way towards the road.

''D-don't...'' You said looking down, ''T-TATSUMI! DON'T GO! DON'T LEAVE ME!'' You screamed from the top of your lungs, you felt your vision go blurry and the tears came, the tears you had been trying to hold. ''(Y/N) a-are you okay?'' He asked as he quickly made his way towards you. ''N-NO! I-it's not Nayuki that I like, it's you! I love you!'' You said wiping your tears away, '' I was supposed to tell you that I needed love advice from you... and to make  you think I like Nayuki... B-but it's not like that! I just wanted to see if... if you cared...'' You said sniffing. Suddenly you felt two arms pull you into a bear hug. ''Of course I care (Y/N). Why wouldn't I?'' He said wiping your tears away. '' I love you too, ever since I laid my eyes on you.'' He said running his fingers through your (H/L) (H/C). He put his finger under your chin and made you look up to him, he brought his face near yours as you closed your eyes and felt warm lips press against yours. After a while you both parted your lips and saw a bright crimson colour on Tatsumi's cheeks. ''Awww Tatsumi... You looks so cute when blushing.'' You squealed while giving him a peck on the cheek. ''C'mon (Y/N) let's get going before it gets late.'' He said while he took your hand in his and holded gently while you made your way home.

TADAH!! IDK IF THIS IS GOOD...I think he is kinds OOC but meh... Also the next one-shot for tatsumi will be kinda like a continuation so yh
