_____________________________________Huddled in a corner with her eyes cast downwards, expressions varying from furrowed eyebrows to a crinkled nose to the ever so amused grin, boisterous and often bubbly laughter to random fits of giggles, frustration painted on her face like graffiti on a vandalized wall to the pained expressions accompanied by those stray tears to the loud gasps and those knowing smiles; guzzling a cup of black coffee that was almost forgotten about until its now-demure aroma wafted it's way to her nostrils sat a lady who had as a young child been brave enough to venture into the realm of paper galaxies and had stayed there ever since. She wasn't lost. She wasn't even looking for a way out as with every word she read, every line, every paragraph, every page she devoured she got a step closer to finding herself. So no, she wasn't lost. If anything she wanted to delve deeper and farther. The more she read the more she understood and the more she wanted to understand. She hadn't cocooned herself there, yes it was her haven but she was very much aware of everything that went about her. She wasn't building a fortress to block the world out instead she was fortifying and in an inexplicable way redefining the boundaries her life was governed by.
