"Come on Bell, you need to hit harder!." Alec yelled as Bell hit the sparring gloves her coach had fastened to his hands repeatedly with combinations he had taught her. She had been learning to fight since she was little, now she uses it to keep busy since her parents died two years ago, when she was sixteen.
"Sorry if I don't want to hurt you, old man." Bell replied as she finished the combination, hitting her coaches gloved hand with tremendous force, her black hair tucked behind her ears.
Alec removed his hand, shaking it, "Now that is what I'm talking about you could seriously hurt someone with those little fists of yours." He said as he walked to the edge of the mat before picking up two water bottles and throwing one to Bell. "Sometimes I think you should be the one teaching me." He said as he walked to the bench lazily falling onto it.
"Don't get to excited about that, she can't even teach me algebra." A voice said from the back entrance. Bell turned around to see her close friend Fay walking happily to her side. "Kicked his butt again?" Fay asked. Bell smiled and nodded before taking a long drink from the water bottle.
"Well I don't know about all that but if someone tried to mess with her, I think she could take them down no problem." Alec responded to Fay playfully, before drinking from his own water bottle. "Next we will work on flexibility, that should help when you dodging blows." Jumping around Alec mimicked punching and dodging techniques, when the door to the gym suddenly explodes inward missing the trio by a few feet. Flying in front of them, before slamming into the wall with a loud crash, it crumbled a area of the wall into concrete pieces.
