Looking from the wall, Bell traced back to where the door had been attached seconds ago to see a man dressed in grey armor with a cape and long red hair pulled into a ponytail at the nape of his neck. The man stood tall and radiated power. Bell felt her arm being pulled from her side. Alec had grabbed Bell's and Fay's wrists in each hand pulling them to the back door running, almost dragging Fay. Once they reached the door Alec let go, opening it for the girls to run through which they did without question. Then, Alec made a sharp turn opening the door to the back seat of his car, " Come on, get in!" Following his instructions Bell pushed Fay into the vehicle and followed in after her. Meanwhile Alec had already started the car and was pulling out of the parking lot. Speeding down the road they all started to catch their breath while Fay sat shaking uncontrollably next to Bell who was rubbing in between Fay's shoulder blades.

"What the hell was that? Who was that? How did they break the door?" Bell's questions continued to pour out.

Alec came to a sudden halt outside Fay's home, put the car in park, and turn in his seat. " Look I don't know who it was or anything but right now we need to get somewhere safe. Help Fay to her door then me and you will go to the police station and tell them about what happened. I don't think Fay could handle that right now." Bell nodded in response and opened her door, walked around to the other side of the vehicle and helped Fay out. After reaching Fay's house Fay hugged Bell and went into the building in a daze. Bell returned to Alec's car and slid into the passenger's seat.

Bell was in a daze, like Fay, but she was just trying to remember and process all that had happened. Then the car stopped and Bell realized that they weren't at a police station but they were at Alec's house. "Alec, I thought we were going to the police." Bell looked at Alec in confusion before Alec got out of the car and walked into his house without a word. Without much choice Bell got out of the passenger's seat and entered the home to find Alec pouring two glasses of some kind of brown soda, pushing one to her as she sat at the bar in his kitchen. "Bell, I haven't been completely honest with you." Bell gave him a confused expression and took a sip of the soda waiting for him to continue. "Bell that man that broke down the door was Mars. The God of war."

Bell broke into laughter, "you're kidding that's the most ridiculous answer anyone could have given me." Bell continued laughing but slowly stopped when she realized Alec was dead serious. "That doesn't make any sense. Alec you can't possibly tell me you believe what you just said."

Alec sighed and he looked older than he really was. "Just hear me out before you say you don't believe me." Alec took a seat and placed it on the opposite side of the bar so he was facing Bell. "Way back in time there was a war, this was a time where Gods and Goddesses were around. Anyways there was a god of war, Mars as well as a goddess of war." Alec paused for a moment then continued. "They both went into war together and the two were very close, the goddess trusted Mars with her life. However when the war was coming to an end, at the last of the war, Mars betrayed the Goddess and killed her. Mars had used the knife the Goddess gave him as a good luck charm before battle and plunged it into her heart." As Alec finished the story he looked as if he was about to burst into tears before he came back to reality and swallowed hard.

"So why was he at the gym? Was he after you because you know all this?" Bell became concerned and a little scared when she heard the story at the same time anger grew in her that she didn't know she had, anger towards the god, Mars.

"No Bell. He was there because of you," pausing he let what he had said sink in before he continued. "The goddess in this story, her name was Bellona." As he said her name Bell's eye grew, "Bell you are the reincarnation of Bellona."

"Now I know you're insane." Bell said as she got up to leave. Alec ran to her and blocked her way.

"Think about it Bell, you're stronger, faster, smarter, than everyone else. You have dreams of war where you're wearing armor. Remember? You used to wake up in a cold sweat saying someone killed you." Bell started to tear up. But Alex knew he couldn't stop till she was willing to accept it. "When you were stabbed, I was one of the soldiers, you told Mars you would come back to kill him. He told you he would kill everyone you love."

This grabbed Bell's attention. "So Fay is in danger?" Suddenly she was ready to fight and Alec had trouble holding her.

"Not yet but you need to fight Mars. You need to fight him and win to protect everyone you love and to protect the normal life you have now. I've trained you just for this."

"I don't want this. I haven't ever wanted this." Bell began crying and fell to the floor.

Alec came down with her, hugging her to him. "I know Bell. But you can't change the past. Not even if you don't remember."
