Chapter 1, Trapped.

SAO...Sword art Online...one of the biggest games made in Japan with Nerve Gear. Kayaba Akihiko with his assistant Michiko Yukki who went missing 2 years ago with 10 other workers. No one has seen nore heard from them. If anyone knows anything, contact police as soon as possible.

Michiko Yukki...what a name huh? That so happens to be my name. Black long straight hair with red at the ends, blue eyes, about 5'7 tall, and helped make SAO. But now...

"Sorry Michiko, but I can't let you live and tell the world what I'm up to. I wish you and the others good luck...This is goodbye..."

I snap my eyes open to meet a blue sky. I blink and slowly sit up and look around...I was...in The first town...in SAO. No...he didn't! Damn you Kayaba! You put me in the game! Now I can't get out...to my family...

"Michiko-Sama!"

I turned to see Chino, One of my coworkers, and Mai, another co worker. Chino was fit and tall with short black hair, worked on how different Girl and guys looks IG. Mai was the aminer, kinda scary what monsters she made. Chino had Light blue armor with an axe on him back. Mai had an dagger on her left leg.

I smiled and waved and Mai ran to me and grabbed my shoulders, "Michiko-sama! You're okay! We thought...you died...with your eye and..." I cocked my head, "My...eye...? Mai, what you..." I flinched as my left eye started to sting. I whimpered and held the left side of my face...W-what happen...what happen to me? Mai held my arm and called on someone...as I blacked out.

"Hey Kayaba...?"

"Yeah Michiko?"

"If you had the power to do anything...what would you do?"

"Anything huh?...I'd make my own kingdom..."

"Like...in the game we're working on?"

"No. I mean a world I can call mine. I rule over thousands of people."

"Your crazy, Kayaba."

"What about you, Michiko? What will you do?"

"I'll do what I can to make people happy..."

"And you're calling me crazy."

"Oh shut it! You dork!"

"Nerd."

"I'm happy I'm a nerd thank you!"

"Good...cause I like you for who you are."

"What the hell Kayaba! You're gonna risk all our work because of some dream?!"

"You should understand...that I have the power..."

"That don't mean make a death game! who know's how many will die! My god, Kayaba! What have you done?!"

"That's the point...in my world...it's like a real world..."

"Your mad! I'm reporting this!"

"I can't let you, Michiko..."

"Let me go!"

"No!!! I won't let you ruin my dream!!!"

"Agh!!!!"

I shot up, gasping for air, "Kayaba!!!" I hear Mai jumped beside me, "M-michiko-chan! Y-you're awake! And you scared me." I looked around but only seen darkness...so Kayaba really did..., "Mai...why can't I see?" She takes a breath, "I-it...Your eye..." I lifted my right hand up and touched what was over my eye. It was was some kind of cloth...I slowly felt my way behind my head and untied it. The cloth loosen and fell on my lap.

"So it wasn't a dream..."

I looked over at Mai and she was crying, "Michiko-sama...I'm so sorry...your eye..." I waved my hand, "It'll be fine. I'll just need to work my hearing..." I swang my legs off the bed and slowly stood. I walked to the window, it was dark IG...course, the game follow the time cycle so it must be dark IRL...I sighed, "Well...we better start hunting in the morning." I hear Mai walk behind me, "You think we'll die?" I grip my hand into a fist,

"We'll be fine...long as I live..no one's gonna die. That's a promise."
