Alpha?

Have you ever just listened to someone explain their love life and you can see the love in their eye's?
That is what is happening now. Watching my mom talk about her mate while we wait for the alpha is unbelievable. It's like watching a little kid taste candy for the first time. I'm basically seeing little hearts in her eye's. I've never seen her this happy. The way she explains her mate and talk about how sweet he is, makes me want one. I know my mom said I'll have a mate but I hope she's right. I hope he doesn't reject me or anything. I know I'm not the prettiest but I still know how to love someone the right way. Snapping out of my thoughts I hear a door slam open.
"Baby! Are you okay?! Did something happen???" A old man asks my mom
"No...I'm fine. I want you to meet my daughter"
The old man turns to me with love, and I don't exactly know why.
"Hello my dear, I've waited so long to meet you, your mother over here said it was best to wait until you were ready, but I'm your mothers mate, John." He said smiling
I studied him for a second and I couldn't help but to smile. He looked sweet and kind. Big soft brown eyes with a beautiful smile. He didn't look old, in fact he looked young.
"Hello John"
"How are you liking it here?" He asked while taking a seat next to my mom.
"Fine, it's very lovely-" I was interrupted by the most beautiful guy ever.
"Sorry for interrupting but I'm extremely excited to finally meet you. My names Leo" He said walking towards me. When I finally got a good look at him I sucked in a deep breath. His eyes were the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my entire life. They were green with a specks of purple.
"I'm sorry did I scare you" Leo said.
"No... You just, your eyes are so beautiful"
Leo was very attractive, but I could tell he was older. He was watching me with a wide smile.
"Thank you, they're almost as beautiful as you" he said which made me blush.
"Okay enough flirting you two" my mom says while getting up and grabbing her mates hand.
"I'll let you two be, if you need anything just tell me Rose. Leo will take good care of you. I promise" she said while walking away smiling.
"How old are you?" Leo asked
"17, you?"
"20" he said with a wide smile.
"Why do you keep smiling at me Leo?"
"Because you're a very special girl"
"I'm extremely tired can you show me to a room?" I asked well more like whispered
"Yes, right this way" he said while getting up and walking up the stairs with me right on his heels after about two things of stairs we finally made it to a huge room.
"This is your new room" he said
"Thank you I love it so much" I said walking into the red and black modern room.
"Dinner will be later I'll have someone come up and get you if you'd like" he said while walking away.
I ran and hoped on the bed and I instantly darkness hit. I fell asleep with only one thought.
