Set in the Summer after season 3. They go skiing! I apologize in advance because I know absolutely nothing about skiing. Enjoy!!
"No! If I go skiing I know I'll get hurt!" Kurt whined.
"I promise you will not get hurt." Blaine said. Kurt shot him a look but put his ski's on anyway. Blaine smiled and they started down the hill. Suddenly Kurt hit a bump and he went flying.
When he landed his leg was twisted in a angle it should not be twisted in and he screamed. Blaine pulled his ski's off and ran over to him. "Ow! Ow! Ow!" Kurt said, loudly.
"Oh my God. I'm so sorry! We should not have gone skiing! I'm gonna get the peramedics. Stay here. Don't move."
"I don't have much of a choice." Kurt stated angrily. Blaine looked at him before running off. When he came back a few minutes later with the paramedic people Kurt was nearly crying. Blaine sat down next to him and grabbed his hand.
"Hey, it's okay." The peramedics told them that they were gonna load Kurt onto a stretcher to bring him back to the ambulance so they could bring him to the hospital. When they said hospital Kurt started freaking out. "Shh, it's okay. They have to take you there so they can put a cast on your leg. Okay?" Kurt nodded but he was crying by now. They loaded him on the stretcher and Blaine didn't let go of his hand.
When they got to the ambulance they loaded Kurt in and Blaine was about to climb in when the guy peramedics stopped him. "Are you family?" He asked.
Blaine shook his head "I'm his boyfriend. Can I please come? He hates hospitals." The peramedic shook his head.
"Sorry family only."
Kurt, who had heard them, said, "If he's not going neither am I."
The girl peramedic looked at Blaine then said, "No. Let him come."
"Thank you." Blaine said, climbing on and sitting next to Kurt and holding his hand.
"Okay we're going to give you some medicine to take away the pain." Kurt nodded, but he still had tears streaming down his face. Blaine reached over and wiped them away.
"It h-hurts, Blaine."
"I know, baby. Shh..." Blaine wiped more tears off Kurt's cheeks.
Eventually the medicine started working and the tears stopped. When they got to the hospital Kurt got upset again. Blaine kissed his cheek and Kurt calmed down a bit.
When they got to see the doctor they said that they had to set the bone so they can put a cast on it. When they set his leg they had him sitting up and even thought the pain medication helped when his leg wasn't moving it didn't do anything to help when they moved it. He hid his face in Blaine's shirt and cried as they set the bone. "Shh, baby, it's gonna be okay." Blaine whispered. When they fished putting the cast on it Kurt pulled away slowly.
"I can't believe I actually went skiing with you when I knew I would get hurt." Kurt whined, hitting Blaine on the arm.
"I know. I'm sorry." Kurt shot him a dirty look. "I love you?" Kurt smiled.
"I love you too."

The next day after they took a plane back to Ohio they were at Kurt's house sitting on Kurt's bed when Blaine asked Kurt a question. "Do you have a sharpie?"
"Yeah there's usually one on my desk." Kurt replied. "Why?"
Blaine got up and walked over to the desk. "You'll see." He grabbed a red sharpie and walked over to Kurt again. He sat near Kurt's leg and wrote on his cast. First he drew a big heart and then wrote a note inside of it. I love you so much! Get better! Love Blaine. Then he drew a whole bunch of little hearts around the bigger one.
Kurt leaned forward to read at it and smiled. "I love you too." Then someone knocked on his door. "Come in!" Finn came in.
"Hey, everyone's here. They'd come up but Artie can't wheel up stairs. You wanna come downstairs?"
"Yeah sure. One minute." He got his crutches and headed downstairs. He leaned against Blaine a bit for support because going down stairs with crutches is not easy. When he got to the bottom Rachel, Mercedes, Tina Brittany, Santana, Artie, Puck, Sam, and Quinn were all there.
A chorus of "Kurt!" Rang through the room as he sat on the couch.
After all of his friends signed his cast Kurt made Blaine come and sit with him.
