She was as I expected. Stubborn but beautiful, just like the others. She would take some time getting convinced, but that wouldn't be the trouble at all.
I smoothed my dress out and began walking out of the quite creepy asylum and to the white limo that had driven me to this place.
I looked back at the large dark building once more before entering the black leathered limo. Inside were a few of the guests I decided to bring along, in hopes of retrieving Amelia.
"No luck eh?" Sebastian sighed, washing his throat down with what I assume is his third shot.
"Don't give up Sebastian, haven't I taught you never to doubt my ways?" He nodded along with the others.
"Dahlia, pour me some wine. We've got a long day ahead of us." A few giggled as Dahlia poured me my request. The limo pulled away from its parking spit from the asylum and drove off.
Amelia was a strong, yet stubborn soul. I insisted to have her trust me, there was no other way she'd survive. Especially on her eighteenth birthday.

Reaching to our destination we all got out and headed towards the entrance of the manor.
The old, crumbling arcitecture really gave it an abandoned vibe, the look we were going for to keep everyone out.
After knocking on the large wooden door it swung open and they entered, as I took my time to take my coat off and take a moment.
I rose my hand and flicked my fingers around, causing a book from the library at the other end of the house to come flying, literally, to my hands.
It flipped through pages until it landed on the one I wanted and I began to read more of where I left off. Amelia's bloodline was important to understand in this situation.
I needed to know her weaknesses and strengths, her loves and hates, her personality and who she was. It was all about her bloodline.
She needed someone to understand her; I was that person. I was exactly like her. Same species, but something was different about her.
Something growled in the distance and Dahlia peeked out from around the corner. "They're getting hungrier, Miss."
I chuckled and closed the book, letting it float away to wherever and followed Dahlia through the manor to the large dining room where everyone sat.
"Glad to see everyone is ready. Who is going to start?" I picked up the jagged knife from the table and held it up.
Sebastian was the one to raise his hand and take the knife from me. I wickedly smiled as he grazed the knife across his palm and blood ozed out and into his cup.
He passed the knife and cup towards Laurie and she mimicked Sebastians movements. This went out around the table until the cup and knife ended at me. I cut my palm and let my own blood fall into the cup before it healed over.
Raising the cup to my mouth and tilted it and everyone's blood slid down my throat, connecting us all as one. Everyone began to shiver in delight, having finally go out into the night.
"Now," I set the cup down and placed my hand on the table, leaning forward. "I was this to be as clean as possible. Wait for my signal before emerging." All nodded at the rules I've said for the past years.
"Let us hunt then."

I pushed the woman to the ground and stood towering over her bloody body. A blood-curling scream left her mouth making me cackle.
"That won't help you at all, sweetie." I said before sinking my razored claws into her chest and ripping her beating heart out of the ribs.
I called out for the others and their yellow eyed sprung to life as the attacked the dead body. I put the heart inside the red velvet pouch and tucked it into my coat pocket.
I felt energy flow through me as they fed on her limbs. Her soul lifted and felt to me, inside my mouth and a bright light shone from my eyes.
They looked at me, satisfied with their meal and wore smirks on their faces.
"I think it's time to try and get little 'ol Amelia from that nasty asylum don't you think?" They cheer and changed their form to humans once more.
