Ten years earlier
All I heard was my alarm clock going crazy "BEEP, BEEP." So with sleepy eyes I slowly rolled over and slapped the snooze button. As I laid there looking at my white ceiling deciding to get up or not. But before I could decide my sister Patty came busting though my door. She was wearing a brown skirt with a black button down shirt. Her hair was in a black pony tail. As I got up I realized why she was wearing that. The first day of High School.
When I realized it I moaned "please tell me it's not the end of summer vacation already."
Patty was smiling "come on Damin it's not going to be that bad it's only school."
'More like prison' I thought "Patty you do realize that we are the new kids and it's the first day of 9th grade for both of us right."
"Yep and it doesn't faze me one bit," she smiles and begins to walk out of my room "oh and Damin don't forget to get ready we have to be there in forty minutes."
"Thank you Patty I'll be sure I get ready, and will you please close my door."
After patty closed my door. I face planted right in to m y pillow and fell back to sleep.
-Thirty minutes later-
Patty and I were walking down the street toward the school. Patty was skipping down the street while I trailed behind her acting like I didn't know her. When suddenly a group of guys stopped us in the middle of are tracks.
"Looks like we have some newbies guys," the biggest guy said.
Patty's face went from happy to terrify in seconds. "What do you... want from us?"
"Oh nothing we just want to give you a proper welcome," and with that he swung at Patty.
But before it made contact I was there and caught his fist. With a swift motion I swiped his leg from under him. Once he hit the ground there was only shocked on his face it seemed that no one has ever done that to him.
I looked him in the eyes. "I suggest never coming near us again or tying anything or you will regret it."
"Oh is that a threat peewee? Take him down boys," and with that his posse approached me.
"Patty get out of here I don't want you to get hurt," she looked at me and started running for the school.
"Oh look at this he's trying to be a hero. Too bad it's not going to do him any good," after he said that the group surrounded me ready to attack.
Once Patty was out of the way I knew I didn't need to worry. Each one charge at me with swiftness each one flung a different attack the first one was a punch, second was a round house kick, and finally the third was an uppercut. I easily dodge them with ease. I grabbed the first ones fist and flung him toward the round house kick. Which struck him and knocked him down to the ground with him moaning. 'One down, two to go.'
The third tried upper cutting me but horribly failed I did a swift spin that made me land behind him. Before he could react I did three quick jabs to his sides and back. Which caused him to land on the ground with pain spreading throughout his body. 'Two down, one left.'
The last opponent didn't understand how a small person could take out two of his allies. But he was stupid enough to think that he had a chance of defeating me. He threw another round house kick and I caught it in midair pushed it just slightly which caused him to trip on his other foot. Which in turn made him fall and hit his head on the sidewalk. 'Three down, Mission complete.'
Once I was done with his minions I walked up to this mini giant and picked him up by his shirt.
With anger in my voice I spoke, "if I ever see or hear about you picking on kids again, you'll regret it."
He was so scared that he didn't even dare to speak. He just nodded in agreement. After I loosen my grip on his shirt he walked over to his posse and help them up. When he disappeared I slowly made my way to the school.
Once I got there I seen my sister Patty pacing back and forth at the entrance of the school.
When she seen me. She rain over to me with tears in her eyes and clung to me crying.
"Patty are you alright?" I asked with worry in my voice.
She released me enough to look into my eyes "Am I alright you just took four people twice you size down like they were nothing. Where did you have time to learn all of that?"
I just smiled 'she's alright that's all that matters.' "You don't know what I do with my free time and to be honest you could beat them if you focused enough," I joked.
She started to laugh and smile. "You're a riot Damin. Now let's get to class before we're late."
I nodded while smiling and followed her inside.
