Michael woke up on the couch with a pain in his neck. He got up and noticed luke was gone from the room.
He remembered how the small pale boy had curled up on his lap telling him to forgive him the night before but Michael wanted luke to feel hurt.

Michael had liked Luke since before they even met. He remembers every memory of luke as if his life depended on it. He remembers prom night with luke.

They both had decided it was a waste of time and they had a cuddle session at Michaels house. To Mikey it meant so much more than just messing around and being lonely.

He watched luke giggle, gasp and scrunch up his nose at weird things that he found in movies. He watched the pale boy sleep in his arms.

Yes that night Mikey figured out what those feelings were. He was in love with Luke Hemmings. He was so confused with himself and wondered if Luke felt the same.

Luke didn't. He got a girlfriend that year and it hurt Michael so much. He felt heartbroken. He didn't go to band practices for a week. Calum went to see what was wrong and Michael sobbed in his arms confessing his feelings.

Luke never knew. Calum calmed Mike down and told him that maybe over time his feelings would go away. Besides it was high school! Young love plays with your emotions at that age!

Sadly..his feelings never went away.. He needed luke with Him. Even as a friend.. He hoped one day luke would realize it was him he wanted.. That never happened..

In spite of what Michael wanted luke did the opposite. He always did the opposite. Michael needs help..he needs to get over the boy with beautiful blue eyes that could drive any human crazy.

He needs to forget....
