Unrequited Love

Hurting

I hurts to see the person you love, love someone else

But what can you do, nothing right

You can't do anything except look from afar and be happy for them

You smile for them and pretend to not care when your hurting deep inside

That smile is just like a wall, it prevents people from knowing what you really feel

deep inside, your hurting

Its more painful than getting hit by a truck but its easier to hide than a scar

your not allowed to break down, you can't, you shouldn't

You have to act like your unaffected

Its tiring but there's nothing we can do, after all the heart wants what it wants

Did you ever experience that feeling that you want to forget but can't?

That feeling of wanting to let go but can't seem to do it

Your mind is saying 'Move on already! You don't stand a chance against that person'

But your heart says 'No, there's still a chance! You can do this! Don't give up and you'll be able to do it!'

Its confusing and its tiring! Sometimes I just want to forget about that person......
