I just came home from school and I hop into the shower. When I got out,I put on some Adidas pants with a Baby Blue shirt with rips on the bottom.

"Mom! I'm going to Brianna's!!" I screamed opening the front door.

"Okay!! Before you go I have to tell you something!" She said coming out of her room.

"What is it?" I said closing the door and walking upstairs.

"We're moving" She whispered when I reached to her.

"MOM! Why?!?" I yelled sitting on her bed.

"Because! Clyde has a big beautiful house down there!" She said trying to make me feel better. Clyde is her boyfriend.

"Clyde can go by hisself!" I said raising my voice just a bit.

"He can but we're going! Pack your bags! Cause we're going to Cali!!" She said with her accent going to her closet.

"When are we leaving?" I asked looking down.

"Maybe in a few....... tomorrow night." She said screaming from her closet.

"Mom!" I scream angrily.

"Shush and go to Brianna's house! Tell Tory to pack her bags!!" She said. Tory is my 22 year old friend.

"Okay mom. I'm going to Brianna's I'll pack mine when I come back!" I said walking out. I told Tory the news and told her to pack her bags. She was excited about the news.

I left out the front door and called Brianna.

"Hey Bri." I said in a sad voice.

"Hey. What's wrong?" She said.

"Call everyone over because I have some bad ass news." I said raising my eyebrows.

"Okay." She said and I hung up. I walked to her house and I knocked on the door.

"Tell us the news!" She said and I walked in seeing DeDe, Jada, Sarah, Shelby, Makyla, James,  Erick, Martin, and Devin.

"Hey guys. I'm moving to....California." I said looking down.

"No! Don't leave! We'll die without you!" One then the other said.

"I don't want to but I have no choice! I'm leaving tomorrow so you guys wanna chill?"

"Yeah. Let's smoke a blunt and think about all our memories." DeDe said as he pulled out 3 blunts.

"Okay. Let's do that. Just remember all those times we laughed and cried and when we had our ups and downs!" I said sitting down on him. "I'm just kidding!" I said laughing sliding off his lap in the space beside him.

"Nahh! Nahh! Come sit back on me!" He said smiling.

"Bruh she said she was just playin thirsty ass nigga!" James screamed across the living room.

"Damn nigga! Don't come at me like that!!" He said and he lit the blunt. Then he hit it. "That shit is dope!" He said passing it to me.

"For real?" I hit it and passed.

After that I left home and started packing.

"Do you need any help with that Mia?" Tory asked coming into my room.

"No thanks Tory. Just sit down and enjoy your last day!" I said trying to be nice.

"I'm going with you guys!" She said excited.

"That's awesome!" I said smiling.

She left my room towards the living room. Tory's like a big sister to me!
