Slendergirl wasn't born slendergirl, in fact, she was human. She was human from the beginning, and, sorta the end. The true legend of slendergirl is not "daughter of slenderman" or a good friend. Slendergirl was acutely a mere human follower of slenderman. At first she just loved reading creepypasta, but then things got weird when she started seeing slenderman. But before she did, she went to a party, 2 nights before seeing slenderman. She went to a party and some people were onto creepypasta, but not all. They made her get a Tattoo, but she didn't know what to get. Her friend joked and told her to get the slenderman mark. And so she did so. After she saw slenderman alot, after 3 weeks, she knew it wasn't an illusion. It was the real thing. She later started getting bullied once she started highschool. She started seeing slenderman at 12, 7th grade. She wasn't afraid after a year, because slenderman had not hurt her. But she would not talk to him, she had tried once 5 months after always seeing him. But he kept running away, he would set up traps, scare her away. So she gave up after being hurt, but it was the only time she got a close look at him. He had no face as his story says, but he looked to be concerned that she was hurt, but ran after a few seconds of her looking at his nonexisting face. She wanted to see him again, she tried hurting herself in the woods, but to be found by her friend, telling her parents and almost never speaking to her friend and parents only when needed. So when she was allowed outside after weeks of being held inside, she went to the forest again, just speaking alone as if she was talking to herself, but acutely talking to slenderman. She told him, she wanted to see him again, and notice her. So after that she left.
