I paused. Should I say yes. This one felt different. I comes across an innocent guy I can tell isn't bad at the time I'll let them go. But that's very uncommon. So what did I do?
I said yes.
"Umm... Sure. Why not," I replied smiling.
He made a smile I knew for sure tried to suppress relief.
I placed a hand on his cheek and smiled.
"Pick me up at Six tomorrow. Don't be late. I might have options," I replied, trailing a hand down his cheek before exiting the the hospital weight room.
