Preference- your pet

Dean:
Dean wanted a 'Badass' pet, so instead of buying a cute house puppy, you guys bought a Doberman, you guys named him spike. You taught spike how to sniff out witches and vampires....he's slowly getting better at not mauling vampire faces off.

Sam:
Unlike Dean, you guys wanted a cute pet, but not an ordinary one, you guys brought a black baby fox and called him void. ( teen wolf anyone ) Sam sometime gets annoyed thinking you give void more attention than you give Sam, but really Sam is obsessed with void.

Castiel:
Castiel didn't like how pet stores kept baby animals in cages all day, to be looked at and rarely played with, he hates the fact that they were most likely raised on puppy farms, so he didn't want a pet. But secretly you were planning on buying a cockatiel, just to get him used to an animal.

Gabriel:
Gabe didn't tell you but he bought a munchkin cat, he always knew you loved them and their short, stubby legs... So he surprised you with the kitten on your birthday, you let Gabe name her, he named her fluff, at first you didn't like the name and thought it was stupid, but it caught on eventually.
