Y/N'S POV :
Yeah,that's how you can describe the condition that me and my dad are living in.Ever since my mom passed away I've been so depressed because I blame myself everyday for her death and my dad has probably been down ever since.He's not abusive or anything he just seems like he doesn't even care about me or anyone honestly.It's like his life was over since she died.
Here I am sitting in the car trying not to tear up as we drove away from our past.My dad made a decision to move out of our old house because there has been too many memories and he can't bare it anymore for one more day.So there I was in the passanger seat of the car not even trying to strike a conversation with my dad.I feel better not talking to him then talking to him but having not a clue what to say.After a few hours,we finally reached our new house.It seemed like an old Victorian house but I really like it.We drove in and my dad and I was taking our belongings and putting it into our new home.We were done taking all the things and I just had one box left and I see a picture.
It was a picture of my mom,I look like her everyone always said.Maybe that's why dad seems cold around me,I thought to myself.I was thinking and suddenly I hear someone saying Hi so I looked for the source of that sound and I see a boy wearing a sleeveless shirt,green eyes,curly hair and I was so stunned.I replied and said Hey there.He told me his name was "Harry" and I was daydreaming and he stopped me and asked what was my name and I replied,I'm Y/N.And he replied with,nice to meet you Y/N and I smiled at him.His little sister came and teased him and said he was flirting.His mom came out and greeted me and invited me and my dad for dinner which means that I have to make up an excuse on why my dad didn't come but I was already used to that.
