I gave Laxus his beer and gave Freed his order. I smiled at them then I left to fix up a meal for Lisanna since she was going on a job with Natsu and she'd need all the food she could get.
When I returned I saw Cana sitting on Laxus's lap drinking some more beer. I looked at Freed who gave me a forlorn expression as he knew about my crush on Laxus and how I was going to confess to him today.
I tried my best to ignore the giggling coming from Cana then I left my shift with Kinana and went with Levy to Lucy's house.
I should have told him earlier but he made his decision.
