TIME JUMP (one month later)

Keira's POV

My relationship with Josh eventually fixed itself, but he was still very careful about what he said to me. I had gone back to America for about a week to spend time with my parents. I ended up missing them a lot more than I thought I would. I also made sure to never make a "deal" with Josh again to protect the bond that I have with him and the other guys. But other than that, things were back to normal, and the only yelling in the house was if one of the boys rage quitted from a Fifa match.

Simon and I had been spending a lot of time with each other too, and I think that I began feeling a little something for him. But, I kept myself from telling him because I didn't know how he would feel about it, and I definitely didn't want to ruin our friendship. He had also become a little more clingy and protective over me after the whole "Josh's deal" situation, and it was a little weird. He kind of acted like some of the guys I had dated before, like if we were in a relationship. But I just shook it off thinking that maybe it was just something he did with his other female friends. Plus, he was in love with Cailin Russo!

I was currently sitting on Simon's lap, watching him edit his videos for the day. He always did them so quickly. I mean, I know he did this everyday, but  today he seemed to do it faster than ever. But it's not like I cared. The sooner he was done the better because that meant I got to spend more time with him. He had already finished one video and we had only been sitting here for ten minutes. It usually took around twenty minutes each video. Even though we were gonna hang out with each other after he was done, I didn't want him to finish. I wanted both of us to stay exactly where we were.

By now he was just about finished, but I wasn't ready to move. I placed my head on his should, lightly breathing on his neck. I could see small hairs of his start to stand up, and he giggled slightly, like a little teenage girl. He turned his head to look down at me, and I looked back into those amazing blue eyes. I could stare into them for hours, they were such a sight. Our eyes were still locked when there was suddenly a knock at the door. In came a wild Josh, laying his eyes on the two of us, not breaking eye contact.

"Am I interrupting something here?" I jumped up off of Simon and shook my head vigorously.

"No, nothing going on. Just hanging out." I turned to look at Simon who now had his eyes locked on the floor. He was obviously upset because his eyes weren't as bright as usual.

"Mhm, okay..." Josh slowly backed himself out of the room, and I followed, knowing that I needed to tell him about the crush I had. I stopped him outside of his room, checking our surroundings to make sure no one was listening.

"Hey Josh, can I speak to you for a second." He noticed that I was making sure no one was around, so he simply just pulled me into his room.

"Yeah, what do you need?" I was scared to tell him, thinking that he would keep me away from Simon. And I obviously wasn't good at hiding my emotions in front of him because he could see right through me. "Is everything alright?"

"Yeah. Everything is good. I just," I hope he won't hate me, "I just realized, that, the more time I spend with him, the more I fall in love with him."

"Wait what? Who?" Was he really this stupid?

"Simon, Josh! I have feelings for Simon." He looked over at the door. "Please don't tell him, and please don't be upset with me, please!"

"Okay." That's all he said. Was that all he had to say? This was a serious issue! I needed more than an okay!

"Wait what? That's it? Just 'okay'?" I heard my voice rise slightly, but didn't want to turn this into an argument.

"Yeah. I knew this would happen, so I've been preparing myself for it. I'm okay with you two together. I mean, for god's sake, the other boys have bets on you two! By the way, I need to get my five pounds from JJ."

"Okay, wow. I honestly thought you were going to freak out like usual."

"Nah. You and Simon are perfect for each other. You guys are basically the same person."

"Yeah I guess." I let out a chuckle. "So, you're not going to tell him, are you?"

"No. Not unless you tell me to." He gave e a wink and then a hug. I hugged him very tightly, never thinking the day would come where Josh accepted one of my decisions. After that, I left him and went back to Simon's room. I knocked on his door, but there was no reply.

"Simon? You in there?" Still no answer. And with that, I went in the room without permission. He was still siting at his desk, headphones on. No wonder he didn't hear me, he had his music up so high I could hear it. He hadn't yet noticed I was in the room, so I decided to pull a little prank on him. I say rank, but really I'm just going to see how long until he notices I'm there.

I lay on his bed, on my phone, scrolling through Twitter and Instagram. I sat there for about twenty minutes before deciding to up my game. I started to play my music, starting low, but lightly increasing the volume. My phone had already played a whole song at full volume and he still hadn't noticed. Was he ignoring me or something? I decided to find out.

I grabbed two of the T-shirts on his floor and balled them up. I tossed the first one, completely missing. It didn't even have enough power to reach Simon, but I didn't want to hurt him. I grabbed the other T-shirt and threw it perfectly. It hit his headphones off and landed perfectly on top of his head. He turned to look at me, slightly startled.

"How long have you been in here?" He looked at me confused.

"About thirty minutes or so." He gave me a funny look before coming towards me.

"No you have not."

"Yeah, I have. I've been subtly trying to get your attention, but only flying T-shirts seem to work." I gave him a mischievous smile before he pulled me towards him on the bed. We laughed like the idiots we were. "You know, I was beginning to think that you were ignoring me."

"Never. How could I ever ignore a girl like you." His smile instantly disappeared obviously regretting what he had just said, but I didn't seem to catch it at all.

We laid on his bed all day talking and giggling, making fun of each other and telling each other stupid jokes. The banter was great, and I wished that I could just stay in his life forever.

Also, there will start to be more drama. OOOOOHHH SOMETHING I HAVEN'T PUT A LOT OF IN THIS STORY YET! But it is to be expected. Thanks to everyone for reading, hope you enjoy!
