"Dad, can I go out with some friends tonight?" Caterina asked her dad at the dinner table.
Her two brothers were at the table too.
Jason , the oldest, is 23. Damon, the second oldest, is 19.
"Where are you guys gonna go and who's going?" Asked her Dad, James.
"We are going to the movies and its Audrey, Me, Jonathan, and Andrew who are going", Cat said.
"Um....ok. I'll let you go but I want to see what you are wearing", James told her as she started running up the stairs to get ready.
"You know there's gonna be more than just asking to go to the movies, right?", Damon told his dad.
"Shes gonna want to go to one of their houses" budded in Jason.
"Boys, shes fifteen and if its anyones house its either Matthew's or Audrey's", James told them.
"Ok then", ended Jason.
Then comes down Caterina with her phone in her hand, smile on her face , and wearing one of her favorite outfits.
"Dad, Audrey wants me to stay over at her house and before you say it, yes theres gonna be no boys, and you already know my number and her parent's number", she said.
"Go ahead", her dad agreed.
"Kk thanks dad. love ya ", she said and ran out the door.
"Be careful though and I'm gonna come searching for you if you don't call me" her dad finished as she was halfway through the door.
"Wouldn't it be funny if the best detective's daughter went missing?", joked Damon.
His father gave him a look and smacked the side of his head then got up from the table to wash dishes.
