(A/n: Not going to make excuses on this story, but I feel like writing again so here is a long awaited chapter of this.)
Your POV:
I felt something poking my face, over and over again. With each poke I was inwardly growing annoyed and I snapped my eyes open to see Serena hovering over me with a pouty look on her face. "Get. Up." She said, her voice childishly serious. I chuckled at her a bit and gave her an apologetic grin for trying to sleep in. As she moved away from me and sat on the edge of the bed while I propped myself up on my elbows. "Now that you're done poking my face, whatcha' want?" She pouted again and I sighed and slowly but surely got outta bed. When I was up on my feet she flashed me a grin and grabbed my hand to lead me out the door. "Slendy asked me to get you when you woke up. But you were taking to long so I just woke you up instead."
"And when did he ask you to wake me up?"
"I dunno...five minutes?"
"You couldn't have let me sleep!?"
She giggled and turned her head up to smile at me, "Nope!"
I sighed in defeat and followed her all the way to Slenderman's Office, this was going to be such an exciting morning already. I can feel it. I knew he was going to ask about what had happened in that dream I had. I still wished they didn't wake me up, simply because Slenderman's answer didn't give me anything to work with and it confused me even more as to why we were here. Me I got, but Serena? She was young and I'm sure a house full of murderers could have done without her. I made a mental note to ask about that when she wasn't around, but my thoughts were cut off quickly by her roughly tugging my long sleeves to indicate that were we in front of his door. I was about to knock when the door opened quickly and Jeff came out of it with a sour expression on his face. When his eyes met mine, his face softened a bit but then turned into one of more anger and disdain. I stared at him blankly then turned my attentions towards the supernatural being at the desk. His large hands intertwined and elbows propped up on his desk, it gave him a menacing shadow over his nonexistent features and I inwardly hoped Serena would be left out of this for once. As I tried to let go of her hand, it seems she only gripped mine tighter, and I knew she was scared by what aura he was emitting out. I glanced at him them bent down to her level and ruffled her hair, "Why don't you try and find Sally? Maybe you two can play for a while as I attempt to deal with Mr. Grumpypants OK?" When I finished the sentence, I could practically feel his glare at my back and it made the hair on the back of my neck stand up, But I willed myself not to shudder under his intense gaze. She nodded slowly and made her walk down the hallway as I entered the room I really didn't want to. His tendril quickly slammed the door shut behind me and this time I couldn't help but flinch a little at the sound. Whatever Jeff did really pissed him off. I sat down in one of the chairs in front of his desk and I heard him sigh a little and relax his shoulders just a bit. "Uhm, before we start, can I ask what Jeff did?" I asked, somewhat cautious of the touchy subject. He sighed even more and rubbed his head. "His attitude about what happened yesterday," He began, "isn't very good. He wants me to question you to no end so he can get answers. Why I don't know, but I am here to question you, just not as violent as Jeffery wants me to." I nodded at the statement in clear understanding, Jeff was prone to angry outbursts and it didn't take a genius to figure that out. "Ok, well I can try to answer your questions, but I'd like to ask one of my own if that is alright with you, Slenderman." He nodded at me as a hint to continue and I took a deep breath.
"You somewhat already answered my questions last night, that I can just get into later, but... why is Serena here? What purpose do you have for her? Leverage over me to cooperate or what?" I crossed my arms over my chest and looked in his direction, he was silent for a minute and it made me feel an anxious feeling in my stomach. "Your sister is here because Jeffery doesn't understand orders." He paused to look at my expression, which I tried to get to remain blank. "He was ordered to get you and only you. Your sister...sadly just got caught into all this an-"
"Got caught into!? Oh what was she just a random puzzle piece you didn't know about? Don't give me that bullshit answer!"
As I finished, my eyes widened at my actually quite blunt and brazen interruption, and I almost immediately regretted it. Because as soon as I finished, he threw his hands down and stood up from his desk, his size clearly looming over my sitting frame.
"Do not address me with that kind of attitude! I do not take to tone lightly and this will be the final time you talk to me like that. Gifted or not, I will not hesitate to drive my tendril through BOTH of your bodies without a second thought! I said she was here on coincidence and that is what I mean! Understood!"
These seconds I remembered that even Slenderman was one of these Bloodthirsty people, despite his mature and collected composure. I felt my blood run cold at his booming voice and I tried my hardest not to shake, but to no avail. My hands wouldn't stop and I was completely frozen by the fear he put in me. When he finally sat down, same posture as before, I held my head down and attempted to calm my overly frazzled nerves. "Can...Can I go now..?" I asked softly, trying to keep the fear out of my already wavering voice. Another sigh was heard and he shooed me away with his hand, I willed myself to calmly exit the door but when I did, I bolted towards the only room that I knew where to go, Jeff's.
