The Batters POV:
I stood at the edge of zone 0, staring at the lifeless white water. There wasn't much to see here anyways. I spaced out for a second before hearing a voice behind me.
"Miaou~ Hello Batter!"
From the cheerful expression, I knew that it was Zacharie. He wrapped his arms around me, which made me a bit flustered. I sat down and gestured for him to sit on my lap, which he quickly agreed to do so..
Nobody's POV:
Both the Batter and Zacharie sat at the edge of zone zero, the merchant pulled into the Purifier's lap. The sun was now setting, tinting the zone with a romantic aura.
Zacharie let out a small, drowsy "miaou" before stretching and cuddling up to the Batter. It took Batter a few minutes to realize that Zacharie had passed out and fell asleep. He brought the surprisingly light merchant close, and kissed him on the forehead before drifting off to sleep as well.
