" WHAT!?! NO!!" i yelled furiously at my mom who's frown fell when i told her i wasn't dating (y/n)
" awwwhh!! but why!?" she yelled with a big pout on her face "wait! you're lying! i don't believe you your just trying to hide it from me!! so i don't embarrass you in FRONT OF HER!!" she yelled bringing her smile back to it's original happy go lucky form "no wa-" i started but was interrupted by my mom and only mother " quit the chit-chat i wanna learn a lot more about this very lovely girl" my mom grabs (y/n)'s wrist then drags her to the kitchen i take a glance at (y/n) SHE WAS BLUSHING!?! AND FURIOUSLY AT THAT!! i never taught (y/n) was even capable of blushing. i mean i too would also be blushing if i we're meeting her parents speaking of parent's i wo- " hey big brother who was the pretty lady you were with earlier?" i started blushing and yelled while looking away "PRETTY GIR!?!? WHAT PRETTY GIRL!!? I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT!! HAHAHA" i started laughing like a complete idiot without even realizing it"nonsense! that was a very young and pretty girl you were with son! i should go to the kitchen to make sure your mom won't scare her" my dad stated and started walking to the kitchen i glance over my little sister and see her smiling mischievously "what's up with you?" i asked raising an eyebrow "oh nothing....." she raises her hands up which was holding a picture. i look at the picture and choke on my own spit

I was dragged into a room by the lovely woman who i believe is jake's mom who is Mrs. Long "SO!!" i flinched at how loud she starts a conversation she was smiling really widely "WHAT'S YOUR NAME?HOW OLD ARE YOU!? WHERE DID YOU MEET OUR SON!? ARE YOU GUYS IN GOOD TERMS?!WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?" she was so excited "u-u-mm m-m-m-y my n-n-a- m-m-my w-w-he-n we m-m-et" i'm a stuttering mess! "honey your scaring the poor kiddo" jake's dad entered the room or as i state as Mr. Long "sorry! i didn't realize i'm just really excited!" her voice was a lot softer now " now what's your name kiddo??" Mr. long asked me with a gentle smile plastered in his face. i clear my throat "m-my name is (y/n). (y/n) (l/n)" i said i keep my attention to my feet which was surprisingly interesting right now "WOW! that's a wonderful name! i wish i had a daughter who has a name like that!!" Mrs. long said while passing me hot chocolate. i looked up and slightly blushed accepting the hot chocolate "t-t-hank you" both of them had warm and loving smiles in their faces like they were already accepting me to the family

I was practically blushing at this point "awwwh that's so cute!" Mrs. long said while squealing like a fan girl seeing her favorite shipment "so how did you and jake meet?" Mr. long asks suddenly! "u-umm i actually bumped him in the school corridor" i say looking away i was actually trying to avoid the topic that i dumped him in the trash can "awwww! was it one of those romantic bump scenes like in the movies??" DANGGIT! "actually no... when he bumped into me he destroyed my homework so..... i- i-idumpedhiminthetrashcan!i'mverysorry!" i said the last part very fast there was a slightly awkward silence then i heard laughing i look at the two adults they we're laughing 'it's okay honey!! anybody can have a bad start in their love life!!" Mrs. long said in between laughs "yeah it's alright kiddo i mean me and susan had awkward situations before even after when we were dating!" he laughed. i still can't believe that theynk me and jake are dating i might be a blushing mess right now. we turn to the door when we heard jake yelled
"GET RID OF THAT PICTURE!!!"
