{Chapter 5} Framed

{Authors note} before I start writing this chapter I would just like to let you know that in this story Callen doesn't work for NCIS, he is instead a prisoner and also an ex boyfriend of Kensi's [key information]

Kensi's POV

We walked out of the restaurant where we just had dinner. The food was amazing and I am so full I feel like I couldn't eat for a week I held Deeks' hand and smiled at him. He gave me a peck on the lips "I love you," he said to me, I smiled even more

" I love you more," I giggled. I really did love him no one has ever made me feel this way. No one has ever made me laugh, smile or cry this hard since... since Jack.

My moment of happiness was stopped due to the men in suits leaning on our car.

"Deeks," I said nudging his arm which stopped his day dream.

"Are you Martin Deeks?" they asked

"Yeah that's me," Deeks said confused

"Put your hands behind your head please...you're under arrest for the murder of Kayla Winchester," the man said putting cuffs on Deeks.

"What?!" I exclaimed "Deeks," I said looking into his eyes.

"I love you," is all he said.

Deeks' POV

"Do you have an idea how much trouble you're in Mr Deeks?" Said agent Reynolds as he paced the room I just glared at him. He arrested me at such a bad time I was about to propose to Kensi but he interrupted me popping the question.

He slammed his fists down on the table snapping me out of my thoughts "You're being arrested for murder!" He said angrily

"You've got the wrong guy. I've never met a Kayla Winchester and I certainly didn't kill her," I said raising my voice

"Then why did we find your fingerprints and DNA at the crime scene?!"

"I can't explain that," I mumbled

"Where were you Friday 8pm?" He asked

" I was at home with my girlfriend. You can ask her,"

"You can count on it," he said storming out the room.

Kensi's POV

"Yes, Deeks was with me, he was here from 6pm till 11pm,"

"What were you doing for five hours?" He asked confused. I stared at him waiting for him to figure it out "oh," he mouthed.

"Why is Deeks being arrested for murder?" I asked angrily

"His fingerprints and DNA were found at the crime scene and he met our victim a week before she was killed,"

"Where?" I asked. The man looked at me sympathetically

"Where?!" I yelled

"At a strip club, he payed her $200 for a private lap dance," I nodded my head and then he left.

"You have a visitor said the guard,"

"Ugh! Can't you just leave me alone Reynolds?" I grumbled staring at the ceiling

"Would you like me to leave?" Kensi asked I shot up and went to her, she looked sad "no I woul..." I tried to say but I was interrupted by Kensi
