It was the weekend, around 10:00. The two had been talking since 9:00. As soon as the conversation began to end, Oikawa decided to go on a 'walk' and 'somehow' ended up in Fujimoto's neighborhood. He was 'tired' so he trotted over to her house to 'rest' and not to stay there the entire day or anything. He knocked on the door and waited outside for less than a second when he heard some crashing inside. She probably never gets visitors so she could've been startled.. He thought, Or could she have fallen down and banged her head on the wall and gotten a serious concussion!? He was dragged out of his thoughts when the door opened slightly.
