Prologue

Do you have something troubling you that you want to talk about but don't know who to talk to? Well, I might be able to help you. That's what I do. You might wonder," How can I help you by just listening to you? Why would anybody share their problems and secrets with me."

So how should I put it for I, myself haven't understood completely why people trust me. But I know this, when they do I don't break their trust.

I am the shoulder they can cry on; their confidant; I am the listener.
