Daniel's P.O.V
It was 7:30am when i woke up i was at Cassie's place i spent the night at her house because of the skate park incident i looked over and she wasn't next to me i smiled and got up...my leg was better...i walked up stares and i saw Cassie in her room sleeping i smiled and i closed the door i walked back down stares and i saw the date i realised that it was Cassie's birth day i smiled and i went in to the kitchen i checked what's there to make and i made her some banana chocolate chip pancakes after i made the pancakes i found a candle and i put it on the pancake i smiled and placed it on the table i poured some orange juice in a glass and i put chocolate sirup all over the pancakes and i spelled out happy b-day sexy....i put that on a tray and i walked up stares i opened her room door and i walked in i placed the tray on her bed site table and i sag in a soft voice
-Happy birthday Cassie,happy birth day Cassie happy birth day Cassie happy birth day to you...(Daniel)
She opened her beautiful brown eyes and smiled softly i smiled back and i handed her the tray...
-Make a wish(Daniel)
She giggled before saying...
-I already have you...i don't need anything(Cassie) she smiled as she blew the candle....i smiled and blushed at her words...she hugged me and kissed my cheek...
-Thank you for not forgetting Daniel(Cassie) i smiled and i was about to kiss her but as i leaned in my phone rang.... I saw the caller id and it said MOM...i sighed as i knew that i was in big trouble i answered my phone and my worried mom started speaking...
-Daniel where are you? Why didn't you come home last night?!(Emily)
-Mom i know i'm so so so so sorry but i spend the night at Cassie's house and....
(Daniel)
My mom sighed and said...
-Just get home now!!!!(Emily)
She hung up and i looked at Cassie...
-What happened?(Cassie)
-She uhh told me to go home immediately..(Daniel)
-It's ok go...she must be worried..oh and i suggest putting on sunglasses(Cassie)  she giggled.....i looked at her..
-What why?(Daniel)
-Well you're leg may be better but you're eye is still hurt...(Cassie) i looked in the morrow and i saw my black eye was bad i sighed and i knew that i'm in bigger trouble now...i looked at Cassie..
-I have no sunglasses she sighed and gave me hers...
-I was saving them for our anniversary but now will do just fine(Cassie) she smiled i smiled too and i kissed her lips
-Thanks...ohh and see you on the beach later for a surprise(Daniel) i smiled and walked out of her house i got home and i ringed the bell my grandma opened and she looked at me with her mad look...
-You are a crazy boy!! We were worried sick...(Brianna)
-I know and sorry...where is mom?(Daniel)
-In the leaving room(Brianna)
I walked in the leaving room and my mom came at me...she looked at me and the first thing she did was ...she tuck my glasses of....
-Why is you're eye black (Emily)
-N-no reason..(Daniel)
-How can there be no reason when you're hurt Daniel?!!!!!!!!!! What  happened?( Emily)
I looked at her and i could see that she was worried and i sighed...
-Ok i will tell you...(Daniel)
We sat down and she looked at me...
-Why were you at Cassie's place...did you do something?(Emily)
-What?! No!! I didn't...i'll tell you what happened...(Daniel)
-What?!(Emily)
-Look...when Liam tick me to the beach  Cassie called and asked me to go to the skate park with her so i said yes and when we got there a jerk started flirting with Cassie...then Cassie went to the bath room and the boy came at me and he started teasing me he challenged me to a skate of i  excepted his challenge and he skated first he was good but then i went to skate but i fell and then he told Cassie to brake up with me that's when i had enough i went to him and i punched him but since i hurt my leg when he punched me i fell easy...then Cassie tuck me to her place and i couldn't walk so i didn't come home...and i didn't call because i was hurt so many times and i didn't want to worry you sorry..(Daniel)
-Daniel look i'm not proud that you got in a fight in fact i'm so disappointed in you right now and the fact that you didn't call...but i can let this one go because you told me the truth and because you are aware of you're mistake but i won't forgive you if you do this again!(Emily)  i looked at my mom and said..
-Fair enough..(Daniel) she smiled at me...i looked at her and told her that today is Cassie's birth day she smiled at me and i smiled back...
-Mom can you make some food i want to take her to the beach later at like 3:00pm?(Daniel)
-Sure what wold you like me to make?(Emily) i smiled
-Anything is good just make something...(Daniel)
My mom smiled and she went in the kitchen to make the meals...i got up and went to my room and i got ready i put on some jeans and my red hoodie and fixed my hair I prepared a song for Cassie it's called "Heartbeat,, and it's amazing...i went down stares to see if there is a picnic basket...she got it and she handed it to me i smiled and went up stares to get it set up..
A few hours later
The clock read 2:50pm i rushed down stares to see if my mom got the food ready she smiled and said yes...she tuck the basket and she put the food in....i smiled and kissed my mom and waved at her i went to the beech i set up everything and i went to Cassie's house i got there and i ringed the bell and Harry opened the door....
