Chapter 2

*After the flight*

I woke up after being awaken by a flight attendant. I stood up and got my carry on and walked with my sister off the plane and to the luggage claimer. I grabbed my luggage. I sighed as I felt my phone ring. I picked it up seeing the caller ID said Dad. "Hello" I said and bit my bottom lip. My dad started to tell me where he was and we started walking.

Then I bumped into someone. I fell back onto my bum. I looked up to a guy who apologized helping me up. "Sorry" The boy said who looked like he was 13 years old. I nodded. "Sorry I should've watched where I was going." I said and walked away going to my dad. I hugged him gently. I sighed softly. I let go.

"Can we say hi and hug each other when we get to the house?" Jaylynne asked. I looked at Jaylynne nodding in agreement. "I know you guys arent a big fan of living with me but I do have good news. Jessica you are now in dance and Jaylynne you're doing gymnastics." My dad said. I looked at my dad and smiled widely. "What type of dance?" I asked. "Hip hop and pop." My dad stated. I smiled wider.

We went out to my dad's car and glanced at the boy I bumped into. He was really cute. I mentally face palmed and got into the car. I put my seat belt on and sat there playin on my phone. I couldn't stop thinking about him. 'Do I know him? Nah' I thought to myself. I put my beats on and played slow motion singing quietly to myself. No one has heard me sing they only saw me lip sync or mumbled the words. I thought about my dance class I would be starting.

I paused the song and put my beats around my neck. "Dad?" I asked. "Yes darling?" My dad replied. "When do I start dance class?" I asked. "Tomorrow at 3:00 pm" he said. "Can we go to the mall before we go?" I asked. My dad nodded. I smiled softly at him. I think I'm going to like living with my dad in L.A.
